"My Notes" - unable to export the transcript but I can' export the summary

I’m trying to use “My Notes” to save the transcripts of my meetings with clients.  It is saving the transcript but, when I try to export it, only the title goes, not the transcript.  I am able to export the summary, though, with no problem.  Can anyone help?  I’ve followed all the steps I can find on the internet to resolve this issue but, nothing is working.

    ​@Gladys Stefany , open the meeting notes/transcript on the WEB PORTAL (not the app). You can print to PDF or copy into a doc. Believe Zoom is working to fix this bug...

      Thank you.  How do I print it?  The transcript is in a window inside the window and I can’t print it by itself.

        Hmm… Does your browser have a “print” option, maybe under the “file” menu? Usually if you select print, you can find an option to print to PDF. 

        Or are you able to select the text and paste it into a word document?

          I used to be able to just export the .txt file of the transcript but with the new ‘my notes’ feature utilized, zoom is not saving meeting trancript as it previously was! I am trying to use the export feature to export is as word doc from the meeting notes, but it simply does not work.

              Why is it impossible to export meeting transcripts to PDF or MS Word file? When I try to do this, all I get is a mostly blank file with only the meeting title included, but not the actual transcript. I also cannot copy and paste the transcript from the Zoom browser (neither on desktop, nor on the web version). It seems that the Zoom software is not grabbing the content from the actual transcript window within the browser when exporting. This would likely be an easy fix. Please fix this asap.

              Same problem here. I can copy and paste the text, but it ends up looking a bit of a mess (without spacing between the names/timestamps, and without the small icons that help delineate changes in speakers). I don’t want a summary, just the verbatim transcript, but so far the only way is the copy/paste.
