I had great content in the chat at the end of my meeting.  I got the transcript, audio and video file but not the chat history. how do i get that

 When quitting the Zoom desktop client (Mac 7.0.5), if the user is in an active call queue, they get a pop-up notification:Opt-out from all call queuesWould you like to opt out from all the call queues after signing out? Is there a way to disable this and automatically choose one or the other?  

I am a private tutor.  My students just come to my personal meeting room.  For the last six years, every time I’ve opened my room I click “host tools” and then “allow screen share.”  Seemed weird I couldn’t just do that by default, but it was fast.Today, after the update, I open the meeting room and have to go to “host tools” then go off to the side and click “advanced” (not “participants” which would be logical) then “share” then choose “all participants” from the dropdown menu, then close the sidebar that opened.That is wayyyyy too many clicks for something that I have to do every. single. time.Is there no option to just always allow participants to screen share?Why update an app in 2026 to make it remind me of a Blackberry phone from 2005?

Hello! While we appreciate the macOS IT Admin installer, it would be beneficial to have an Apple Silicon only installer. Since the installer is a universal installer, it is almost twice as big as an Apple Silicon/Intel installer. The reduced time to download and install to large fleets would be helpful to a lot of customers. Thanks!

Hello, I work for a company that does online training.  We are trying to convert In person workshop to a virtual workshop. For the In Person workshop, students are broken into groups they have to complete an activity at one station. Then after some time they switch to the next activity. Is there a way to pre-load activities i.e. videos, PowerPoint, documents, etc. into breakout rooms?  Then once students switch to a different breakout room the items are waiting for them.  When I go into breakout rooms as a host and add a whiteboard or share a video and then leave the room those items disappear from the breakout room. If not is there a suggestion on how we can do this using zoom? 

I am using the free version of Zoom and have been tutoring students through Zoom for over a year without any issues. My meetings always used to last the normal 40 minutes.However, during the last two days, I have started experiencing a strange problem. During tutoring sessions, I get disconnected exactly after 30 minutes, and this has now happened 4 times in a row. What is unusual is that my student does not get disconnected — only I do.Then, once the total meeting time reaches around 40 minutes, both me and my student get disconnected from the meeting.I am confident this is not caused by my internet connection. My internet is stable, and it would not make sense for Zoom to disconnect me at exactly 30 minutes every single time. The timing is always sharp and consistent.I have not changed any settings, devices, or account details recently, and this issue never happened before. I also do not believe the timer is starting early.Has anyone else experie

I have a new 7th generation Surface Laptop and zoom states that it does not support virtual backgrounds (or filters for that matter) on my device.  The specs for my laptop are:Processor Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz 3.42 GHzInstalled RAM 32.0 GB (31.3 GB usable)System type 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processorPen and touch Touch support with 10 touch points Does anyone know what's up with this?  Am I to assume that zoom backgrounds will not work on my brand new laptop?? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

 I have a basic zoom account.  There may be 4 months this year that I will need the Pro Plan.  Can I upgrade for those months only? Do I have the ability to share a video with the group and record the meeting from my Iphone?

For weeks I have had several people try to help me and to no avail. My Chromebook and my phone will not let me change the background on my zoom picture. I have tried doing it during a meeting when my camera is on and when the camera is off. If I use Virtual backgrounds it just comes up error it does not give me an option to use my own photo for a background. My phone should support this process according to the specifications. I don't understand. I have uninstalled soon twice and still the problem persists

my recorded video is not opening

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I am unable to see the option to record while on a zoom meeting through my iPhone. I click on the three dots but the option is not there to record nor save to system. My classmates are able to record and are using the free version as well even during my zoom meeting they are able to record.

Our current IP phone infrastructure uses Zultys ZIP 36G phones, and we are evaluating a switch to Zoom. Do you know whether these Zultys phones are compatible with Zoom or have any details about their compatibility?ThanksGustavo

I have a paid zoom account. Somehow, I think maybe without my requesting it, Fathom started recording my Zoom meetings - that’s great. So apparently I have a free Fathom  account. (1) Fathom does not always start and I want to make sure it does, so every Zoom meeting is recorded automatically. (2) Where are my old meetings stored in Fathom so I can find them? I don’t know where to og in, I don’t see any link from within my Zoom account to get into Fathom. 

For some strange reason, I do not have the ability to add a reaction emoji to Zoom chat messages. They are enabled on my Zoom instance and also on another host's Zoom where this happens. Everyone else in the group can add emojis, but whether I hover, long click, right-click, double click, etc. on a message, I never get the reaction bubble that lets me add an emoji. Before anyone suggests this, I have already gone into my meeting settings to ensure that reactions are enabled. I'm on a MacBook Pro and I have a paid Zoom account. Any help would be appreciated - thank you!

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue sharing my iPad screen to Zoom on Windows.When I go to Share Screen   iPhone/iPad via AirPlay, my iPad detects the Zoom AirPlay receiver and shows that it is connected. However, nothing appears in Zoom on my Windows computer. The screen does not start sharing.The strange thing is that my iPhone works correctly with the same Zoom meeting, same Windows computer, and same Wi-Fi network. The issue only happens with the iPad.I already tried:Stopping and restarting Screen MirroringClosing and reopening ZoomRestarting the iPadChecking that both devices are on the same Wi-FiTrying the connection again from the beginningThe iPad still shows that it is connected to Zoom, but Zoom does not display the iPad screen.Has anyone experienced this with an iPad on Zoom for Windows? I am not receiving the email confirmations after registering for events within the company.  I see the "successful registration" message, but never receive the email with the link to add to calendar/attend the sessions. 

There are 3 participants (including me) in this Zoom meeting.We were able to see each other in the gallery.When the participant shared their screen, I could see both their screen and the participant's video overlaid on top of it. When I shared my screen, I couldn't see their videos. Why?

I just created my schedules today and the links worked earlier, now every single one of them returns this message when trying to go to the scheduler page. Anyone else having this issue?

your new app sucks! It’s not as user-friendly as how it operated before. Before when I was sending a meeting to a client I would know what their time zone is and it would send from my time zone, but on the receiving end on their email they would get it in their time zone for example, if I scheduled somebody in Auckland, New Zealand, I would know in advance if that was any time changes as in the case of daylight savings, etc. change it back!
