my recorded video is not opening

    Welcome to Zoom Community! We’re happy to have you here. If your Zoom recording won’t open, the solution depends on whether it’s a cloud recording or a local recording.

    Cloud recording

    • Check the recording status. If it’s still processing or shows a conversion/processing error, wait a few minutes and try again.
    • If the issue continues, review Zoom’s recording troubleshooting guidance in the Zoom Support Center.

    Local recording (saved on your computer)

    • Locate the recording in your Zoom recordings folder or in the custom location you selected in Zoom’s recording settings.
    • If the recording file is missing or corrupted, Zoom may not be able to recover it.
