How do I make sure Fathom starts when I hold a Zoom and how do I find my Fathom recordings afterwards?

I have a paid zoom account. Somehow, I think maybe without my requesting it, Fathom started recording my Zoom meetings - that’s great. So apparently I have a free Fathom  account. (1) Fathom does not always start and I want to make sure it does, so every Zoom meeting is recorded automatically. (2) Where are my old meetings stored in Fathom so I can find them? I don’t know where to og in, I don’t see any link from within my Zoom account to get into Fathom.
