your new app sucks! It’s not as user-friendly as how it operated before. Before when I was sending a meeting to a client I would know what their time zone is and it would send from my time zone, but on the receiving end on their email they would get it in their time zone for example, if I scheduled somebody in Auckland, New Zealand, I would know in advance if that was any time changes as in the case of daylight savings, etc. change it back!

    I completely agree! It is terrible now! Unuser friendly and takes forever to schedule meetings! Change it back before you lose a lot of customers! If it does not change back soon! I am going to a new platform! And you cannot get a person to speak to!!! Terrible

    I’m a regular user 6 years 5 days a week 6 to 7 hours a day… I’m the kind of user you should be attentive to. Your new scheduler is absolutely a mess. Any comments from Zoom ??

    @Bruce Becker Sorry for the trouble, but scheduler is a different product from what you use 6 years ago, so I guess you are referring to the zoom meeting, right?

    Yes Zoom meeting app… but the schedule function and the whole general app have been changed and not for the better! The previous version was for better and more effective for scheduling meetings around the world. I would assume other users are not happy as well! Offer your users a choice…the previous version and the new, and I’ll bet that the overriding choice is the previous version. I’m actively seeking another option other than zoom for my business meetings. What say you zoom?
