I've started using docs but want option to back them up offline for in the case of an account compromise or similar disaster scenario. Is there a method or any plans to add a method to do this? If there was an API for docs I could probably do it myself.
How about the Q&A feature. before the last update i was able to access Q&A settings now i can even find it anywhere anymore. it is only accessible using the personal ID and this is loss of my investment right now if i create an official meeting using generated IDs i lose the Q&A feature even when i am the host

Hi everyone,We have been experiencing a complete inbound service outage on our main number for 3 days now.The problem:When anyone calls our main number (assigned to our Auto Receptionist) from an outside phone (cell or landline) they hear "the number you dialed is not in service." However, calls made from within the Zoom environment to the same number work perfectly. What we've checked:- The number is assigned to our Main Auto Receptionist and shows "Normal" status- IVR menu is properly configured and working- Business hours are set to 24/7- No changes were made to our settings before the issue started- Tested from multiple external phones (cell and landline), all fail with the same message- Other direct user numbers on our account also cannot receive external callsSteps taken:- Opened multiple support tickets- Contacted Zoom support via chat and phone- Zoom support confirmed the issue but has not provided a resolution- Attempted to escalate but tickets remain at Normal priorityBased on
Hi everyone, most of my therapy sessions are on Zoom. I’ve tried Zoom’s AI summary feature, but for therapy notes it feels too generic and doesn’t capture DAP or SOAP style documentation well. What AI tools are people using to turn Zoom sessions into solid therapy notes? Looking for something that handles clinical language better, supports templates, and is mindful of privacy and compliance. Any workflows you recommend, or tools to avoid?
I asked my co worker for the recording and he gave me a file name “double_click_to_convert_01.zoom”. It won’t convert when I double click how do I get the recording?
The Zoom Workplace UI is too small, and I can't figure out how to change it to be bigger. I am using Kubuntu 24.10, and have Display & Monitor -> Display Configuration -> Global scale set to 175%, but Zoom Workplace seems to be ignoring this. I can't find any option to scale the whole UI; only the "Webview" thing, which seems to be the thing that shows the current time and upcoming meetings. I have also looked at ~/.config/zoomus.conf and tried setting autoScale to the opposite option (it started as true, so I set it to false), but there was no visible effect (and yes, I restarted the app). How do I scale up the UI?
I can't see the "Record" button. I still have "Record on Computer" enabled in Settings. What could be the problem? Device: MacBook Pro (MacOS 15.6.1 (24G90))App: Zoom Workplace app version: 6.5.12 (63499)Zoom Version: Free
I am sharing an in-house presentation on an Epson overhead projector/screen which is for the dedicated powerpoint slides. I am working off of a laptop PC for accepting invitees and answering chat. The two screens are identified as 1 and 2 (1 is the laptop, my main display, and 2 is the projector for the powerpoint presentation). My issue is when I use my laptop keypad, the presenter is unable to advance the PowerPoint Slides. I have to select or click on powerpoint to give the control back to the remote clicker/slide advancer. How can this be remedied with settiings?
My Outlook mtgs show on my phone zoom app and online zoom, but not on my zoom desktop

The computer is trying to update to 6.4.2.During the course of the update, I receive the message that the feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. I am to look for “zoon InstallerFull.msi”, which cannot be located.Downloading the latest version of Zoom does not resolve anything. The computer does not accept the msi file that has been downloaded.Attempts to delete the app failed, with the same error message generated.Suggestions / Guidance please.Thank you

How can I do a meeting with my friends but don’t have the app
hi all, is there a zoom problem currently going on with iPhone or the zoom desktop app showing connecting and zoom app is not working
I work in a medium sized office (roughly 40 staff) and have an issue with clients calling back and not knowing who initially called them. The sequence is as follows:* Office staff member calls client* Client does not answer* Office staff member either leaves a voicemail and the client just blindly rings back OR doesn't have a voicemail set up* Client calls back, goes through our auto-receptionist but doesn't know who initially called them* Office staff member that takes the call back shrugs their shoulders and tells client 'they will try you again if they need you'* Cue the client getting annoyed - and rightfully so! Is there a way to identify who previously called a specific number so the staff member taking the client call back can say "I see Staff Member X tried to call you previously - please hold while I transfer you over" ?? We currently use a Microsoft Teams chat but it really doesn't work effectively in managing the process. Thanks in advance!!
We have a physical phone in our lobby. We would like for users to pick up that phone and be greeted by an Automated Receptionist message and only allow internal calls from the IVR. Is it possible in Zoom to control the outbound behavior of a single physical device? We don’t want anyone in the lobby tying up that phone for outbound calls. We are using Zoom Phone, but not Contact Center if that helps.
All my meetings are being recorded by the AI componion WITHOUT my consent. If I go to settings, AI companion, I see that the feature has been locked by the Admin. I have a private account (hence no adm) and the system will not allow me to grant myself ADMIN rights. I have written 3 times to zoom support and I receive the same answer: Go to settings!! I have attached screenshots showing the feature is locked and I keep on receiving the same answer!! It is against the law in Switzerland to record my meetings without my consent, yet they keep on doing this. Please help!!!

Hello, I used to have a plethora of virtual backgrounds to choose from, and not there are only 5. When I click the "+" sign, my options are to add a video or image (of my own), but no other backgrounds to choose from. Just got a new MacBook but they were there last week. Anyone know how to find the other options? TIA
Hi, We are in the process of switching to Zoom Phone from Ring Central. We currently have a set up where our field technicians have 4 digit extensions for the cell phones (AT&T). This group of employees are not zoom users nor is it applicable for them to be. I’m a little lost as to where to start on recreating this setup. Any help is appreciated, Thank You!!!
I have an external mic to record interviews with people during an event (to help minimize background noise) and cannot figure out how to apply it to zoom. My phone recognizes the device and completes the connection but I can’t seem to get zoom to use it.
the instructions say to do this :For Debian, Ubuntu, or Mint:1. Open the Terminal.2. Import the GPG public key using the command:```gpg --import ~/Downloads/package-signing-key.pub```3. Verify the signed file with:```sudo apt install dpkg-sig && dpkg-sig --verify ~/Downloads/zoom_amd64.deb```4. Enter your user password when prompted. A successful verification will show "GOODSIG _gpgbuilder". the problem is when i type the 3rd command which starts with sudo apt installi get the errorE: Unable to locate package dpkg-sig i can’t figure out how to actually check the zoom filei have two files downloaded into my download directory, they are:zoom-amd64.debandpackage-signing-key-6-7-5.pubso i’m not sure what i’m doing wrong. can someone help figure out what command(s) I need to be running to check the gpg key?i am on linux mint 22.3 Zena
I am using an individual Zoom account (not managed by an organization). When I try to enable virtual backgrounds in the Zoom app, the option is blocked or grayed out on the Zoom website, even though you are the account owner. I have already:Checked and confirmed all account-level and group-level settings for virtual backgrounds.Verified that your device supports virtual backgrounds (since it works with your personal account).Signed out and back in, and reinstalled the Zoom app.Ensured you are not signed in with multiple accounts.Confirmed your account is not managed by an organization or IT team.Despite these steps, the virtual background setting remains blocked and cannot be enabled.
Okay, after updating the desktop IOS Mac Studio, now the iPhone is not showing up as an option to use for camera, even though it’s plugged in.
If you are asking a series of questions to collect information but if the customer’s answer then determines the next question (an “if-then-else” prompt) this is the best practice with ZVA Agents: 1. Turn on AIC 3.02. Make an instruction skill 3. Limit “if-then-else” prompts to five scenearios using an instruction skill. If you use six or more “if-then-else” statements in your prompt, then the experience will degrade because the context of the conversation is not best matched for one agentic conversation. If you have more than five “if-then-else” statements in a single prompt, use these questions to continue following best practices: » Why do we need these questions? » Can we include the intent of these questions inside of questions #1-5? » Will my customer be fatigued at this point and give false or incomplete answers in order to “just get it done?” » Have you prepared the caller before starting the “if-then-else” statements that this process take more than 5 minutes to complete?
