Everytime our team uses Zoom whiteboard the post its disappear when you hit the space bar, back space or shift. It happens to users as well as the creators. People with Zoom accounts and without. Everyone. It’s happened now in 3 different classes, rendering the white board useless. We can’t write text or post its they all disappear when creating any space between words on the post its. I’m using the most recent update of Zoom. Others are probably various but it was happening to everyone. Please help,
I am subscribed to Zoom and have the package allowing me to use up to 3 whiteboards. This has been working really well ever since I started using it, over a year ago, including pasting images (using Ctrl + V) and inserting images and documents of multiple pages. Today I allowed the Zoom update, and I can no longer paste or upload anything. I get a note saying "Exceeded capacity" and the image disappears/does not remain when I next open the whiteboard, nor can members on my call see the images. What has happened? Obviously, I deleted lots from my whiteboards to hopefully allow for more space, but alas, it continues to tell me that I have "Exceeded capacity". Help.
Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can help or provide guidance.I ran a webinar training session with 'Local Recording' and on playback, the session during the morning was fine, but I paused the recording at lunchtime and continued recording after lunch. What the recording shows is that after resuming recording, my video (me) was frozen and there was no screen share recorded for the whole afternoon session. What was recorded was the audience video placeholders and nothing else! Clearly, I was screen sharing and I wasn't frozen during the live session. Audio was fine throughout the entire recording. Help!
Hi,I want to know if we have a voice to voice live AI translation capability available in zoom or is it in the roadmap to be launched soon? if yes what is the ETAThis is one feature which will be very helpful in navigating a meeting in a multilingual environment.Best regards,Enamul
Last week we started noticing complaints from our staff that they were not hearing anything one some phone calls. If a person outside the company called a staff, the staff would pick up the call but not hear anything. There’d be dead silence. Staff would hang up and call back. Then, both parties could hear each other. We have noticed that the issue has become pronounced. We have heard a lot more complaints. Regardless whether it’s an outbound call or inbound call or inter-company call, the dead silence issue appears every now and then for many staff members. The ones who make/receive a bunch of calls throughout the day are hurting the most.Zoom meetings also take over 30 seconds before they connect. We have noticed the dead silence issue from laptops, phone apps, over wired network, wireless network, and in different geographies. Has anyone else noticed this behavior lately? If so, how did you resolve it?We have a support ticket open. I thought I’d ask if others had inputs.
Hi everyone, I’ve been using Zoom regularly for meetings and online classes, and recently I’ve noticed that screen sharing has become really laggy on my Windows 11 laptop (Core i5 11th gen, 8GB RAM). The video freezes for others while my audio is still fine, especially when I’m sharing a browser or PowerPoint. My internet connection seems stable, so I’m not sure what’s causing it.I also noticed something interesting — when I’m doing lighter tasks or even playing mobile games like Stick War: Legacy (a real-time strategy game where you control units, manage resources, and build armies), my system performs smoothly. I’ve even tried some custom versions and resources from stickwarmods, and the gameplay still runs without any lag. But as soon as I start screen sharing heavier apps like Chrome with multiple tabs or presentations, performance drops significantly. Since Stick War: Legacy involves real-time control but doesn’t cause lag, I’m guessing the issue might be related to how Zoom handl

Recently a change was made to auto-lower raised hands when people stop talking. This is not working and we use the RAISED HAND for stand-ups and stand-downs to show who hasn't gone yet. Now, the system keeps lowering hands because someone may comment on another persons update and the system thinks that person is done talking. It's really annoying and not helpful.
Hi everyone. When I start my videos my virtual background is on a blue background despite every thing being on none /off. No avatars are on etc, no green screen on. I am able to shift through other virtual backgrounds. But I cant get it to have nothing on there yet. Can someone please help me make it so I do not have a background on my screen. I am not certain if I hit something in the past, but I am uncertain how to take it off now. Please help.
As a long-time Zoom user, I would love to see a 'Chat Replay' or 'Simulated Chat' feature for Simulive/On-Demand events. Currently, I use WebinarJam because it displays the original chat history alongside the recording, which makes the event feel more 'live' and engaging. If Zoom added the ability to sync a pre-recorded chat transcript with a video, I would move all my events to Zoom to avoid the 'jam' issues on other platforms.
Hi AllHi Using AirPods with a HP laptop running Win 11. Set up has been great for months, but last few weeks sound has dropped out when Zoom meeting starts. No sound emanating from any of the participants, video but no sound. If I end meeting and disconnect Bluetooth, still no sound thru laptop speakers. Almost like laptop assuming AirPods still connected. It’s like six people have all gone on mute at the same time-v weird. Only manifested in last few weeks without any change to settings. I’ve done the Zoom test using the laptop and AirPods, and the sound and microphone was fine. Anyone else had this? Bit perplexed. Thank you. Any resolution advice? Thanks
Important Note: This guide is tailored for the ZVA 3.0 experience. If you’re using 1.0 or 2.0, please let me know in the comments and I’ll happily do a write-up on how to build an AI Receptionist for your ZVA version! Why Build an AI Auto-Receptionist?If you manage Zoom Phone, you already know the Auto Receptionist. It’s the front door of your phone system — callers dial in, listen to menu options, press a number, and get routed. It works. It’s reliable. It tells you almost nothing about why people are actually calling. Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) changes that. Instead of routing calls based on key presses alone, a virtual agent listens to what callers say, understands their intent, and routes them accordingly — while capturing data on every interaction. It even assists with deflection, by being empowered to handle FAQs that bog down your frontline teams. The result is the same routing your team already manages, plus analytics that reveal what your callers actually need, enabling you to ta
Since last 10 days my meeting participants are not able to see the annotation toolbar on the shared whiteboard for a meeting on my desktop. I have updated my Zoom Workplace to the latest version but this does not help. I have checked the meeting settings also wherein I have not checked “ Only host can annotate”. I tried to start a meeting from my phone and joined the meeting from my desktop ( without signing in) from the web by entering the meeting details and I could see the annotation tool bar on the whiteboard shared on the phone.
The zoom app is causing my mackbook M4 heat, I worked with Apple support and performed all tests and identified that its Zoom which is causing the issues
I am hosting a private memorial to celebrate the life of my brother for about 50 family members that will last for about 2 hours. What is the best product that will allow shared video, meeting rooms and shared audio?
I am trying to set up a meeting in Outlook from the calendar page. After I click on Schedule a meeting, the Zoom - Schedule Meeting window opens with the choice of Meeting ID, security, video and audio settings and then the default is to click save. Usually that works fine up until that point. Now when I hit save, a new window opens saying to enter a start time and duration for your event so that the end time is later than the current time. All that I can do is click OK. Then it becomes a blank meeting scheduler as if Zoom is not working. None of the Zoom info populates. How do I fix this? I am on the Pro Plan. Windows 11. All the latest versions installed.
I have found several posts from so many users that are looking for the same thing as me. The 'Check for Updates' option. It used to be under the profile section. But it has been removed. I don't mean to be rude, but it shouldn't matter whether I checked the box to auto-update or not. The fact is, it can be problematic to connect to a meeting only to discover that it needs to update at that time! You then have to wait for the update to finish and may even have to restart taking more time before you can connect to the meeting! The option to check for an update should be available at ALL TIMES. For security purposes if nothing else. But also to help with avoiding that last minute update before a meeting starts. That way I can check beforehand and update if necessary. Please consider these words and this request. This will be of help to all customers whether they are paying ones or not. Please know this is not in anger, but there is some frustration and concern on how
I ran a webinar yesterday and some interesting comments came through in the Chat. I tried to save them before closing the webinar, but failed to do that successfully. Is there any way I can retrieve the Chat content afterwards?

We had an issue last year with one our mobile numbers being spoofed, we had to discard the number eventually as hundreds of people were being called and then calling us back (there were no calls made from us)Now this past week, 2 of our numbers have started receiving calls from people returning calls we haven’t made. We don’t seem to have support for our Zoom Phone service (other than ai chat).Anyone know what we can do? We’ve only ever had this issue since moving to Zoom. Many thanks
We are using Zoom Phone Smart Embed embedded as an iframe in our web application. We use it in combination with the Call Me On feature to route outbound calls through a mobile device.IssueWhen the mobile device (with Zoom Workplace app installed) goes to sleep (screen lock), the Smart Embed iframe on the desktop web application displays the following error:Connection Lost: It seems your session has ended. Please refresh the page to reconnect and update the device list. When the mobile device is unlocked and the Zoom app returns to online status, the error message appears to clear on its own. However, the user reports that they also need to refresh the Smart Embed screen multiple times — we have not been able to reproduce this behavior on our end and are still investigating.Steps to Reproduce1. Connect a Zoom Phone account to our web application2. Enable Call Me On in the Zoom Workplace mobile app and set the mobile device as the calling device3. Load the Smart Embed iframe in the web app
The "Upcoming Meetings" date range filter has a 90-day limit and that changing the End Date incorrectly forces the Start Date to match it, making it impossible to view a full year (2026). This makes it very difficult to do long-term meeting planning. Is there away that the date range filter can be done away with?
I was able to change the size of the text in the chat window and subtitles but I don't see a way to increase the size of the transcription text during a Zoom meeting. Is there a way to do that from within Zoom?
