What is the most effective way to distribute class materials (pdfs) to attendees of a Zoom event?

Hi Zoom Community, If a Presenter is unable to use the zoom app (blocked by their organisation) to present can they present through their browser in Zoom Events? If this is possible, how do we go about setting this up? Many thanks  Richard

How do I save chats on zoom when I don't have the three dots option

I have made recordings of two meetings. When the meetings ended, I received a message from Zoom that they were being transposed to mp4 audio files. I can't find these recordings in My Recordings in my account. How do I find them? 

What is the best way to brainstorm a title with 100+ participants on Zoom offering their ideas that will show them other participant's ideas in real time?  Is there a way that someone can "upvote" an idea rather than writing it again?

Hello, I'm new to Zoom and need some help. I want participants to be able to share their screen, but I'm not sure how to stop the sharing as the host. I want to maintain control over screen sharing and be able to end it when needed.I’d really appreciate it if someone could help.

If transcript is selected and you can see the words throughout the entire meeting, why doesn't nothing generate after the meeting ends showing the full transcript automatically?  It only exists if you click the save button and that seems really dumb.  And, the transcripts are not saved in the zoom account like the recordings are, I can only find them in my OneDrive (which I never use) buried in a random file.  

I use Zoom for my broadcasts, but several of my students are reporting that they can't rejoin the broadcast unless I end it and start a new one. I've tested it and I'm sure they're not logged in on other devices.It's probably a problem with Zoom not recognizing when students leave the webinar.Is anyone else facing the same problem?

When I set up a new meeting, I cannot see it in my app (so I cannot edit it there - e.g. add an alternative host, etc.). I can still see my meetings scheduled previously. I've updated Zoom to the newest version. It did not help.

Good day! I have been online with support for three days and GROK AI and read through Community suggestions. Online support finally said something is wrong with my ACCOUNT. How do I get that issues fixed. I have uploaded pictures to support and have an open case. I have had to use a different meeting platform because I can't SHARE my screen. I have another meeting TUES with 43 people and need to get this working!! Please help! Zoom support hasn't gotten back to me. I don't want to have to spend more money on another platform. All suggestions are welcome!! Thank you!🙂Linda 

On the latest version of Zoom Workplace app, using a Lenovo workstation, and Yealink WH 64 wireless headset.  Mostly it seems to work ok then for no reason calls will come in and when answered there is no audio.  Keep the sound app open on another screen when this happens the mic appears dead.  No moving of the volume as I speak.  When I use in another app headset works fine.  Then for no reason I can find the calls start working again. This happens intermittently, a reboot sometimes fixes sometimes not.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the application, changes headsets, next is to try a new computer.  anyone else have this issues or a solution?

I joined a meeting and downloaded some files linked in the chat. I was using the iphone zoom app. After the zoom meeting ended, I searched for the downloaded files in my phone but I did not find them. I don’t know where they are. I hope someone can help me on this. Thanks.

Hi everyone,I’ve been using Zoom Team Chat more lately, and I’ve noticed that sometimes notifications don’t appear when new messages arrive — especially for group chats. Other times they show up fine. I’ve already checked my notification settings, and everything looks enabled.Is anyone else experiencing this?Could this be a sync delay, or maybe something with desktop vs mobile settings?Any tips or things I should try would be really helpful. Thanks!

I made  the mistake of using read.ai and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. People are now kicking me out of meetings due to the read.ai appearing in the chat.

I have tried everything. All the call handling stuff, business hours, etc. Our inbound calls are not ringing and sending callers straight to voicemail. 

Participants are manually assigned to a breakout room, but there are instances when the participant is sent back to the main room. At this time, they are "grayed out" but still showing as a member of the room they were kicked out of. We are then unable to move them back into that group unless they rejoin the Zoom meeting. Any thoughts on what we can do to remedy this?

Hi!I have bee using Zoom for 10 months. For 2 or 3 weeks, at  Zoom meetings my video has been turning off automatically after a while.  I turn video on manually then after a short time it turns off automatically again. Earlier, no such problem with video happened.Can anyone help me?Windows 10, desktop computer, USB camera

Hello - My camera has stopped working in Zoom calls. It is a built in camera on my Lenovo computer. My Camera app works and my video works on Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. Here are the steps I've done so farLog out, log back inConfirmed Security permissions are turned on for the Camera on ZoomConfirmed my built in camera slider is in the proper positionConfirmed no other application is open using my cameraUpgraded ZoomRebootedUninstalled and reinstalled ZoomThe camera video feed just remains black and my camera light on my computer slowly flashes a couple of times before stopping altogether. I have received a message once saying the background was taking a long time to load and asked if I wanted to proceed without the background (I had Blur turned on), and I said yes, but it still didnt work. I have since turned blur off and the camera still doesnt work.

Hi everyone, I had an important meeting but I can't open the file. I get the message “Cannot open document ‘double_click_to_convert_01.zoom’. zoom.us cannot open a file of this type.”I tried to find a solution on the internet, and one looked good (make a new recording, pause, and move the “broken” files to a new folder, stop recording). But that didn't work. I don't know what to do anymore. I have a MAC. 

Hi there,  I have the Zoom Pro licence. I am the one using the licence, but have added an admin with a basic account. Even though I have granted the role of admin, he cannot see any cloud recordings.How and where can I change that? I have been searching for answer for about an hour now and am still clueless Best regardsTimo

For some reason this week 1/8/2023 when i am on a zoom call my screen is just a blank grey screen with a laptop icon in the middle of it when the camera is on. There seems to be no way to actually to speak to anyone if you live in the UK for technical support and the bot is as useful as a chocolate teapot. Any suggestions as to why this
