Unable to Share Computer Audio During Zoom Webinar

Our CEO recently upgraded our Zoom account to include Webinars so that he can host training sessions where participants are not visible to one another and do not appear on screen.

However, when he launches a Zoom Webinar and attempts to share his screen, he is unable to share computer audio/sound. Since these training sessions include content with audio, this functionality is essential.

Could you please review the account and advise on the following:

• Whether computer audio sharing is enabled for our Webinar license.
• Whether there are any account-level, webinar-level, or desktop client settings that need to be configured.
• Whether this is a known limitation or issue related to our current Zoom plan or webinar setup.

For reference:

• The Webinar add-on was recently purchased and enabled.
• The issue occurs during Zoom Webinars when screen sharing.
• The objective is to conduct training sessions in a webinar format so attendees cannot see or interact with one another as they would in a standard meeting.
• The presenter is unable to share computer audio while presenting.

We would appreciate any guidance you can provide to help us resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
