Recently both my wife and I when using Zoom have started to have a continuous flow of banners going across the bottom of our screen promoting the various features of Zoom. Not sure I’m using the correct words but they’re very distracting. We can see the person we’re having a Zoom with but it’s this constant stream running across the bottom. How do I switch it off
Hi everyone,We’ve been using Zoom ZVA’s built-in transfer_to_live_agent tool to route customers into our ZCC flow. Overall it works well (around 90–95% success rate), but we’re running into an unavoidable issue where the transfer fails because the required variables aren’t being set by the agent properly before execution. These variables are critical on our end since they determine which queue the customer gets routed to.Has anyone else experienced something similar with variable handling during transfer? I’m trying to create a workflow that automatically sends a message in the chat asking members of a channel to respond to a Zoom form. I’ve tested it a few times and, every time, the channel members have reported to me that they can’t respond to the form because someone else has responded before them (only the first person who responds to the form can submit it). Screenshot below.I’m on Zoom Version 7.0.2 on the PC desktop app. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’m trying to set up a call queue that is exclusively used for Faxing. The members of the queue should never have this queue ring their phone, and it should never accept a voicemail. Just send and receive faxes.Is this possible? I think I have some settings to do this, but not clear if this will work. Honestly, I’m surprised this isn’t an option out of the box. I am a consultant who conducts lots of interviews for projects. I have always used otter.ai for notes and then downloaded them into word. I was told by someone that the new Zoom note-taker is better because it knows how is talking and can attribute the words correctly. I have been using it the last two days and it is very good and accurate. I have is that I now have 10 separate AI Docs with transcripts. The problem is what when I try to download into Word or PDF, the only thing on the document that is downloaded is the generic Zoom title; not the actual transcript. Is there a way to do this wihout having to copy/past each entire transcript into a Word doc on my desktop?
At work, there are instances when a Zoom meeting isn’t scheduled and we are meeting in person. When clicking share on the home screen on the Zoom app, it projects a mirror of my screen in the meeting. My laptop display doesn’t seem to allow me to select extend display so that I can treat the projection as a second screen. Is there a way to treat my laptop and the projection in the meeting to be two separate screen? Or, is there a way for me to use the share option on the Zoom home screen but have it give me the picker instead of automatically share my full screen? I want to project a presentation to screen but see notes on my laptop.
Does anyone have a similar problem, what should I do?😭 Every now and then, when I connect to a conference without a specified start time, I am not visible in the waiting room (and if at that moment I create my own conference, no one is visible in the waiting room). Everything is fine with my device (connecting from another device also does not work), the Internet is great, the application is updated to the latest version (and I also tried deleting it and downloading it again), Windows, BIOS, drivers, etc. are also updated to the latest version. I even created a second account - nothing helps in instantly resolving the situation. The support service does not help me at all, they write monotonous advice and nothing helps!😡
I’m using the Zoom Room Controller SDK (C++) to control a Zoom Room, but I’m facing a couple of issues:After pairing successfully, the room sometimes gets unpaired automatically without any callback. I only realize this when I call a function and it returns result code 11 (which means not paired). To fix this, I call RetryToPairRoom(). Sometimes the pairing works, but other times it returns error code 100000401. In this error state, if I operate the Zoom Room using the native controller, I receive all the callbacks properly. However, when I try to perform any operation through the SDK, it still returns result code 11 (not paired).So my main problems are:Why does the pairing break automatically without any callback, if something like logs file or other are required from my side please let me know? Why does re-pairing without an activation token sometimes return 100000401, and even after that, why do operations still fail with result code 11 despite receiving callbacks?
We are having issues with trying to record to the cloud. We have turned on the settings to record to the cloud and get the transcript. The steps have been followed when the record button has been pressed but the recording is not showing up after. Is there something else going on we haven't done that could get the recording to show up along with the transcript?
I am the host on our zoom mtg. I am out of town and don’t know how to have someone start meeting if I can’t. I paid for zoom account but our teacher needs to be able to start meeting without me. How do I do that?
I work on the news and the most recent update screwed up our system and now if someone else has low bandwidth and we have them off camera it decreases the size of the shot and absolutely ruins it. I can't find a way to disable the low bandwidth notification and when I look up how online I either get outdated tutorials that don't work. Or it says that there's no way to disable the notification. If anyone has a solution please tell me.
I recorded a video and after it converted I directed it to download to my desktop (or thought I did). It is not there and I can’t find it.
Since the new analytics were released, I cannot seem to find where to see who registered for a specific session. I have this chart:but I can’t see who those 16 people are. I used to be able to filter a standard chart by specific session, but I don’t see that anymore. And I don’t see it when I switch back to the old view. How can I sort registrants by the sessions they registered for?
I tried to use ZOOM in my Windows 11 PC and I cannot login because the software requires me to do an update to version 6.7.2 or higher in order to continue using ZOOM. I need to do that update but the ZOOM program asks me to do it by contacting the IT team. The message displayed on the screen is as follows: “Your app version needs to be 6.7.2 (26346) or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your app.” I have ZOOM installed also in my Android smartphone, with the same ZOOM account, moshe.goldstein@mail.huji.ac.il. The ZOOM’s version of that installation is 6.7.5 (37428). Because of that, I do not have any problem to sign in to ZOOM from my smartphone. Until now my ZOOM account has been a Hebrew University of Jerusalem “Licensed” account. I retired from my position at the Hebrew University and I need to discontinue the “Licensed” status of my account and downgrade it to “Guest” in order to disconnect it from my past employer’s license, and then be able to do that up

I’ve enabled EU availability and turned on discoverability, and I’ve completed all the required business information fields (Business Name, Business Phone Number, last 4 digits of the business bank account, Trade Register Number, etc.).The integration works correctly for most Zoom accounts. However, I’m facing an issue specifically with Irish Zoom accounts, where an error message appears during the integration process.Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it?

Hello Team,I am facing an issue during Zoom meetings. When a new participant joins the meeting, I am unable to notice it if I am working on another screen or using a different application on my laptop.Because of this, I sometimes miss acknowledging participants who join late, which impacts meeting flow.I would like to know: Is there any setting to make Zoom automatically notify or alert me more prominently when someone joins? Can the Zoom window come to the foreground or show a persistent notification even when I am on another screen/application?
