Unable to notice new participants joining when working on another screen

Hello Team,

I am facing an issue during Zoom meetings. When a new participant joins the meeting, I am unable to notice it if I am working on another screen or using a different application on my laptop.

Because of this, I sometimes miss acknowledging participants who join late, which impacts meeting flow.

I would like to know:

• Is there any setting to make Zoom automatically notify or alert me more prominently when someone joins?

• Can the Zoom window come to the foreground or show a persistent notification even when I am on another screen/application?

I have already tried basic notification and sound settings, but the issue still persists.

Request your guidance on how this can be resolved or configured better.
