Does a Zoom recording allow you to see the time a hand is raised? or the time a question is submitted via Q&A? Is there a way to see it once the recording is finished? Thank you

I have been trying to view a meeting I was previously unable to view, I have selected previous meeting and selected the specific meeting but I receive this error "You cannot view this recording, No permission" 

i am not able to write on whiteboard with pen. 

If I join a meeting hosted by someone else, I get the message “Virtual Background is still loading”, and I end up choosing the “Don’t use video” option so I can continue with the meeting. If I go to the Zoom preferences and turn off blur, the preview window is pink.  When I turn blur back on, the preview is solid black. If I click on the MacOs Finder’s widgets control in the top right corner, all of the widgets appear as pink rounded rectangles -- the same pink I see during the camera preview when blur is turned off. However, if I start my own meeting, everything works fine.  No video problems, blur works, and no pink Finder widgets.  The strange behavior only occurs if someone else is hosting a meeting I join. I have to uncheck "Export - use an external calendar" to make my zoom and google calendars sync, but the last few days i have to go into each calendar item manually to turn uncheck this setting. Is there are way to default the option to unchecked so it stops interfering.

I have "Zoom Workplace".  When I share my screen and select the options "Share Sound" and "Optimize for Video Sharing" for video showings in PPT slide mode, I cannot see myself or who is speaking.  When I do not select those options, I can see myself and other speakers/attendees just fine when in PPT slide mode.  I am thinking those options optimize the quality of videos so would like to use them.  I have tried changing the views available on the "share" menu but have had no success.

As administrator its part of my job to set up meetings, but I don't often go to them. I set them up outside of my office hours (I work at a church where the meetings are for volunteers who all have day jobs)How can I set them up so someone other than me can start them? We have a pro account - but the next option up is very expensive for a church that has 3 employees and 8 volunteers...

Is it possible that during the Webinar registration process that a recipient is given an option to conset to receiving marketing emails from our company? We are collecting email addresses during registration and we would like our attendees to opt in to Marketing, this will help us being caught up in any spam laws in Australia. I would be grateful for any possible solutions that don't require a separate external process. Thank youJoe

when I'm watching a discussion between 2 or 3 participants, it would be really good to be able to level up their audio on my view, either automatically, or manually: Boost someone who is really quiet or quieten the noisy one that makes the quiet one hard to hear.Is there any way for a viewer to assign local volume levels to individual participants?Or maybe there are host options to do it for everyone?

I led a Zoom today with 4 total users. One of the users did not have a "View" option on her screen (neither the icon nor a working menu); as a result, she could not select Gallery to see all parties at the same time. Is there a setting she should check to enable that menu on her Zoom screen?

Hi there, wondering if anyone has managed to setup this calling method. I have a peered an SBC using BYOC/PI can call inbound to a Zoom users phone number when routing from the SBC.I can not call inbound to a Zoom users extension number, I was hoping since the peering is configured on that account the calling to a Zoom users extension in the same account may also work. This would allow calling from another telephony platform connected to the same SBC without all Zoom users requiring a full number.Has anyone managed to get this call type working?

I am trying to contact tech support and I am putting in my host # ID and getting unfindable.  How do I find my recordings from prior meetings

This is something that has been driving me nuts for a while.  When I screen share a website, document or whatever, I am 100% always able to annotate it using my graphics tablet pen (XP Pen tablet and pen).  However, sometimes, when I client shares a website, a document, etc. from their end, my annotation option at the top of my screen is gone!  So I am unable to annotate on their screen.  I haven't collected enough information on the types of documents, sites, etc. that this doesn't work on, but I am wondering if there is something simple I am missing here.  I remember at one point when I would annotate, my name would appear next to what I was writing and Zoom told me the client has some control on their that will toggle on or off display of who is writing.  Is there some other menu on the client end I should direct them to, so that I can annotate their documents or whatever they are sharing??  I have asked them to look each time it has happened an

Hello there!   I'm curious if it's a bug or if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue. My Zoom app that shows all of today's meetings is showing meetings as if they were scheduled for today, even though they have been canceled/removed from my Outlook calendar. I'm using a Mac, Version: 6.1.11 of Zoom.

I have set up a meeting with registration required.  All good until today, when I logged in to see who has registered and the registration tab is now missing.  The "registration required" is definitely selected, and I could see the registrations before.  This happened when I set up this meeting before, so I deleted it and started over.  Now it happened again.  What is going on?

Is there a way for administrators to collect information from hosts about the types of meetings they are doing. We want to know if this was a general meeting or was this a meeting where we provided a service or technical assistance for a client(s) to track for our records. We don't want to collect information if it wasn't related to a service provided.  In general, we have information we would like to collect from the host about the meeting they are hosting in the zoom system. Is this something we can do in zoom?

During Zoom meetings all the participants can hear me talk and then suddenly no one can hear me.  This problem happens erratically when I have not changed my position at the computer or adjusted the volume.  During some meetings, it is not a problem, and at other times it can occur multiple times.      

Hello, We recently started using Zoom and was wondering if there was a way to change the settings for the Team Chat/Messaging. Users have reported that the chat does not automatically scroll down to the newest message sent.  Thanks, E 

Never had issues with Zoom in the last four years but just today my staff are reporting stand-alone scheduled meetings "disappearing" from their Zoom account. For example, a meeting was previously scheduled via outlook and still on calendars (of staff and external client) with a Zoom meeting link attached, but the link popped up a message noting "meeting ID invalid". When the scheduler looked in their Zoom account the meeting was not there. At this point people have cross-checked outlook calendars and Zoom accounts and it appears as if four people have meetings schedule in outlook with Zoom links that show no meeting scheduled in Zoom. Those links when clicked are also reporting the "meeting ID invalid" message. At this point we know we are seeing this issue with events scheduled for this week, but people have not looked beyond that at this point. Again, we have never experienced issues, so this is a little weird.Does anyone have ideas? I encouraged ev
