You cannot authorize Okta Identity

We recently discovered that our SCIM integration is not working.  I have tried to re-authorize Okta because the previous admin has left the company and my suspicion is that he was the one who authorized this before.  I am getting the following error: `You cannot authorize Okta Identity`.  I am currently the account owner.  What do I need to do to reauthenticate with Zoom to enable Okta provisioning?  Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

    @smashedtoatoms, did you get this resolved?  I'm currently in the exact same situation, and Zoom support is zero help.  Any news would be helpful.  Thanks!

    I'm also having this same issue. Trying to get the OKTA Zoom api reauthenticated because it breaks if I deactivate the old admins Zoom account.
