Hi, is there a way to increase the visibility of of text on CX Analytics Dashboards that are added to digital signage. As this is displayed on a TV that is mounted it is hard to see the details on y axis, leaderboard and tables views.This is for a laptop with Zoom Rooms that is connected to a TV monitor, this laptop only displays a few dashboards that switch when displaying on the monitor. I have limited the amount of widgets on the dashboard and increased the widget sizes however the text does not scale only the visualizations. Increasing the resolution on the laptop screen does not help but wanted to check if there is a way or open feature request to have an option to change font sizes?

Has anyone been harassed as a non-host attendee? My condo management company doesn't control the monthly meetings..some anonymous man verbally assaulted me. Now the host won't give up the recording. They unmuted everyone simultaneously which is what allowed it. I can't reach a human being at Zoom. The horrible AI driven company that it is. I'm an elderly woman on disability.
Cropping in ZoomISO v3 is a great feature. However, please add cropping capability of handles, and grabbing. So the user can mouse over the video frame and grab a frame handle to resize and zoom. Then grab the frame to move. The x/y slider control is too slow (but don’t replace it). See the UI design in Livestream Studio 6 for reference. BTW - great job on v3!!
Hello! While we appreciate the macOS IT Admin installer, it would be beneficial to have an Apple Silicon only installer. Since the installer is a universal installer, it is almost twice as big as an Apple Silicon/Intel installer. The reduced time to download and install to large fleets would be helpful to a lot of customers. Thanks!
Hello everyone,I’m having an issue with Zoom AI Companion.I already have a Zoom Workplace Pro account, and according to the plan details, AI Companion should be included. However, whenever I try to use the feature, Zoom keeps showing a message telling me to upgrade or update my plan in order to access AI Companion.The confusing part is that I already have the required Pro subscription active.Has anyone experienced the same issue or knows what could be causing this?Do I need to enable AI Companion somewhere separately, or are there any additional requirements?Thanks in advance!

I am experiencing an issue with Zoom cloud recordings from meetings approximately 2–3 hours long.For most of the session, the presenter shares their screen. Near the end, screen sharing is stopped and there is usually around 10 minutes of verbal Q&A, which is still being recorded.Problem:In the Zoom cloud recording playback, the recording appears normal until screen sharing stops. After that point:audio continues correctly thumbnail previews while scrubbing/skimming show correct video but the main playback window becomes black.Additional observations:if the recording is viewed with the chat/sidebar visible, the video displays correctly when switched to fullscreen mode, the final section becomes black again the downloaded MP4 recording is completely fine and includes proper video for the final section the issue occurs in Safari, Firefox and Chrome on Mac this has now occurred across multiple recordings.This suggests the underlying recording itself is intact, but there may be an issu

I’m building a Zoom App that uses RTMS for transcript-only live meeting ingestion. The app is in Development / Local Test mode. I have enabled RTMS-related scopes, configured Event Subscriptions with a webhook endpoint, and enabled the RTMS surface/auto-start option where available.When the app runs inside the Zoom desktop client and calls:zoomSdk.startRTMS()the SDK returns:code: 40316msg: "This api is not supported"error: "API hasn't passed marketplace verification"Questions:1. Is `zoomSdk.startRTMS()` available in Local Test / Development apps, or does it require Marketplace review/verification first?2. Are there additional account-level entitlements or approvals needed before RTMS APIs are exposed to a Zoom App?3. If RTMS is intended to support host-authorized transcript streaming, what is the recommended development/test path before Marketplace submission?The intended use case is transcript-only RTMS ingestion for a host-launched Zoom App, not a bot participant joining the meeting.

Hi everyone,I’m currently using the free Standard/Basic Zoom plan and I’m trying to use the AI-generated virtual background feature mentioned in Zoom’s documentation.According to the guide, there should be a “Generate with AI” button under:Zoom Workspace App → Settings → Video & Effects → Virtual BackgroundsHowever, that option does not appear for me at all. Hi All,I’m on a free standard plan. Under the Zoom Workspace app->Settings->Video & effects->Virtual Bakcgrounds, the documentation says I should see a “Generate with AI button” but I don’t get one there. Any idea how to enable it? I do have virtual backgrounds enabled in the web portal settings and am able to use both video and image based virtual backgrounds now.The virtual help agent says this about it: ZVAVIRTUAL AGENT10:13 AMI can’t help with why the “Generate with AI” button is missing, because that troubleshooting detail isn’t covered in the Zoom public knowledge base content I have available.

I will be hosting a webinar and have a slideshow to share. I have tried practising this, but when I share my screen and bring up the slideshow, it covers the whole width of the screen and I can’t find how to bring up the chat box. Also, the attendee still sees the top of my screen where it says ‘File, Edit, View… etc. How do I resolve both of these?
A couple of weeks ago I had a small meeting with 5 people and there was terrible echo, as if in a large reflecting hall. We meet regularly and in the past we’ve resolved issues with eg logged in on 2 devices, logged in via browser and app simultaneously. But this was worse than any of those. In my settings I’ve got original sound for musicians On, and Echo Cancellation On. Advanced > Echo cancellation is set to AutoTimeline: I opened the meeting and person A joined. Immediately severe echo. So looks like problem is me or person A. After the others joined we did the usual routines of muting each person at a time, then tried muting everyone and un-muting one at a time. No difference, including muting A made no difference. So I closed the meeting, rebooted, and started the meeting again. This time person A joined last, but we still had the echo reight from the start of the first person joining. (Though the quality of the echo was a bit different.)So this time the problem couldn’t be
