Add Better Controls for Recurring Meeting Management in Zoom
Hi everyone,
I’ve been using Zoom regularly for both personal and professional meetings, and one thing I’ve noticed is that managing recurring meetings can sometimes feel a bit limited, especially when schedules change frequently.
It would be really helpful if Zoom added more advanced recurring meeting controls, such as:
- Easier editing for only one occurrence within a recurring series
- Better visibility of recurring meetings across all devices
- More flexible notification and reminder settings
- A dedicated recurring meetings tab in the mobile app
- Simpler synchronization with Outlook and Google Calendar updates
These improvements could save a lot of time for teams, teachers, and organizations that rely heavily on recurring schedules.
