Thank you for joining the community. My apologies for the late response. What happened to you in that meeting is not OK. 
 

On the recording: Zoom can’t force a meeting host (your condo management company / whoever scheduled the meeting) to hand over their recording. In Zoom, the host owns and controls the meeting recording and whether it’s shared.

What you can do right now:

1. Ask the host/admin for a copy or for “view-only” sharing

• If it was a cloud recording, the host can share a recording link (and can set a passcode and disable downloads).
• If it was a local recording, only the person who recorded it has the file.

2. Report the participant and preserve what you can

• If you have the meeting link, meeting ID, date/time, and any screenshots/chat logs, save them.
• If you know the display name used by the person who harassed you, write it down exactly as shown.

3. Reduce the chance of this happening again (settings the host should change)

• Keep attendees muted on entry and do not “Unmute All.”
• Disable “Allow participants to unmute themselves” (or control who can speak).
• Use Waiting Room and/or require authentication to join.
• Use “Suspend participant activities” if harassment starts (stops video/audio/chat temporarily), then remove the offender.
