Hello everyone,

I am planning to purchase a Zoom Phone plan mainly for USA business calling and I would like to hear real user experiences before purchasing.

I need a USA virtual phone number and want to use Zoom Phone for making and receiving calls in the United States.

I would like to know:

  • Is Zoom Phone call quality good for USA calling?

  • Do calls connect instantly or are there delays/issues?

  • Have you faced call drops, voice lag, or network problems?

  • Is the service reliable for business use?

  • Does it work well internationally outside the USA?

Please share your honest experience with Zoom Phone service. Thank you.

    Hello everyone,

Thank you for sharing your experiences. I have been researching Zoom Phone for business use as well, and based on user reviews and discussions, the feedback seems mixed but generally positive.

Many businesses report that Zoom Phone provides:

    • Good HD voice quality for USA calls
    • Fast call connection times
    • Easy integration with Zoom Meetings and mobile apps
    • Reliable performance for remote teams and business communication

However, some users have also mentioned issues such as:

    • Occasional call drops or muffled audio
    • Voice lag on weaker internet connections
    • Problems with external PSTN calls in certain regions
    • Slow customer support in some cases

For international usage outside the USA, most users say it works well if you have:

    • Stable internet
    • Proper QoS/network setup
    • Strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection

A few global users reported successful usage across multiple countries without major issues.

Overall, Zoom Phone seems reliable for small and medium business use, especially if your internet connection is stable. The quality appears to depend heavily on network configuration and local ISP performance rather than Zoom alone.
