ZOOM app no longer works on iphone 14 max pro

Welcome to the Zoom Community. 

The iPhone 14 Pro Max should be compatible with Zoom. What error message are you getting? 

If you’ve already tried restarting your phone, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the Zoom App.

1. Find the Zoom app icon on your home screen or in your App library
2. Press and Hold the Zoom icon until a menu pops up.
3. Tap on Remove App (it will have a red minus sign next to it)
4. Select Delete App, then tap Delete again to confirm
5. Restart your phone once the App has been successfully uninstalled
6. Once the phone is back up, go to the App Store icon
7. In the bottom-right corner, tap Search.
8. In the search bar, enter Zoom Workplace
9. Download the Zoom Workplace App by clickig the cloud icon with the down arrow or “get”
10. Once the download completes, try to open the Zoom App and see if it works

Should you still encounter issues after reinstalling the Zoom App, I would recommend that you create a tech support case, so one of our tech support engineers can further check and assist.

I have the iPhone 14 Max, and it is working fine. As long as your software is all up to date, you should be fine.
