You may follow these steps to enable polling in Zoom:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.

2. In the left-hand navigation menu, select Settings.

3. Open the Meeting tab.

4. Scroll to In Meeting (Basic).

5. Find Meeting Polls/Quizzes and toggle it On.

6. If a confirmation window appears, click Enable to save the change.

Once enabled, you’ll be able to create and launch polls during Zoom meetings.
