I have my Scheduler set for Mon - Fri 12:00 pm - 4:00 p.m. If I have appointments on a Monday for example, can I change my availability for that date only or do I have to uncheck Monday and have to remember to go back in and activate it for the following Monday? I’m looking for a way to say I’m not available for that particular Monday and not have to uncheck Monday making me unavailable for ALL Mondays unless I remember to re-check that day. TIA
I am on the Zoom Workplace Pro plan and would like to use the Scheduler Management feature.Could someone please confirm if the Scheduler Management feature is available as part of this plan or can only by used if I add it as a paid-for optional add-on to my plan?I ask because I have seen different information in different places and have tried using it by connecting my Microsoft 365 and Google Calendars and by creating a bookings page, all of which is available to me in Pro, but none of the meetings that are booked in my 365 calendar appear in the Zoom Scheduler Management bookings page, possibly/probably because I need to add it as a paid-for option?Grateful for any advice, thanks.
When converting a Webinar to a Meeting (well ahead of the event) - does the link to join the meeting change for those who have already registered? I've read in a few places that the Meeting ID stays the same. Does that mean the URL that registered folks have already received to join the webinar stay the same?? We don't want half of our attendees to not be able to log in to the Zoom because they have an old URL pre-conversion. But I would like to make the change to be able to encourage video/audio interaction. The Zoom help page specifies that the link won't change when converting a Meeting to a Webinar, but it doesn't specify the same for the Webinar to Meeting conversion.

I am hosting a conference and recording it. At the same time, I select the "hide self-view" option, so I don't see my video, but other users can see me. However, my video is missing in the recording. How can I hide my video from myself during the conference, but make sure it is visible to others and in the recording?
Couldn't find where to submit a bug report, so I thought I'd start here if anybody has noticed the same, or wasn't sure how to solve it. For about a year, I've noticed the video lag hard occasionally in Zoom, and have discovered the cause. The video lags when I'm on the receiving end of a push notification, when macOS has Portrait or Studio Light (sorry, I can't remember which one of the 2, or if it's both) enabled in the green camera icon in the menu bar. This happens with both iSight camera, or a USB webcam. A colleague and mine tested, and sure enough, when either of us turn off Portrait or Studio Light, then sent the. other a Slack message, the problem went away.
I am having an issue with zoom where my microphone keeps disconnecting constantly throughout meetings and calls. I have to "switch" my microphone between default option and the mic itself after it disconnects to get it to work again. The default mic and the mic I pick on the list are the same mic.Zoom is the only talk/VoIP app that does this. My microphone works perfectly on Discord and in various game VoIPs. It is a very frustrating problem as I use zoom quite a bit and have done EVERY "fix" I could find both on the forums and in the tech support files and nothing is working. The error that pops up over my mic is "your microphone is not working. Please check your connection" (paraphrased). When I test my mic pre-meeting, it's showing as working, it is only while actively in meetings that it repeatedly disconnects.Windows 10: All drivers including audio are up-to date. Zoom is also running on the most recent version.Does anyone have any leads on how to fix this? It's driving me insane.
We would like the ability to schedule future desk assignment changes in Zoom Workspace Reservation without immediately disrupting current hoteling availability or existing reservations.Currently, Zoom allows desk reservations up to XX days in advance. If a desk will become permanently assigned or reserved for a specific employee on a future date, there does not appear to be a way to apply that change only starting on the effective date. This creates two difficult options: either block the desk from being booked before the change takes effect, or allow users to book it and then manually rebook or cancel reservations once the future assignment is made.Requested functionality:Allow admins to create future-dated desk assignment changes with an effective start date. I register my webinars on the cloud and I don't have any pronblems with the audio transcriptions.I have a fiend who would like to make audio transcriptions from this webinars that last 90 minutes which he downloads on his hard disk. But he doesn't find the audio transcriptions file?I don't know how to help him so far. I wonder if there is a duration limit on the transcription or if the problem comes from the fact that he registers his files on the hard disk? I thought he might shut down his PC before the transcription was made but he says it is not the case.Any idea or feedback welcome.Thanks in advance

As of this week Zoom no longer automatically prompts to add to the iCal calendar I've had connected to our account for over a year. It said I had to sync a calendar, I went online - where there is no longer an iCal option (used Google instead since the email for that calendar is registered there) and it did not stick - endless loop. What the heck is going on here and will this be repaired or returned to previous state so that I don't have to manually copy and paste the invite info into an iCal invite over and over again now?

Since the new analytics were released, I cannot seem to find where to see who registered for a specific session. I have this chart:but I can’t see who those 16 people are. I used to be able to filter a standard chart by specific session, but I don’t see that anymore. And I don’t see it when I switch back to the old view. How can I sort registrants by the sessions they registered for?

I’m trying to set up a call queue that is exclusively used for Faxing. The members of the queue should never have this queue ring their phone, and it should never accept a voicemail. Just send and receive faxes.Is this possible? I think I have some settings to do this, but not clear if this will work. Honestly, I’m surprised this isn’t an option out of the box. TIA for any help/helpful suggestions
