Help with suspicious log in please.

I had a suspicious log in to my account on April 29, 2026 at 5:09am in the morning from my phone but I didn’t do it. I need to prove to my wife that it wasn’t me. I would like to get further info on it please.

        anyone with your Zoom account credentials is able to log in.  i would suggest changing your password.

        Zoom does not log the actuall connections. But you can see where your account is connected.
        From the Zoom Settings
         

        You can also choose to log all these out. So you may find who connected there
