Edit the All Engagements view in Zoom Contact Center (Zoom Workplace)

Hi, I need to edit the All Engagements view in Zoom Contact Center and needs guidance on customizing the view/columns. I need in Open and Closed Engaments to add a new Column with Custom variable.

      I don’t believe this is a feature that is currently available. The only way to see variables is to click on the engagement ID and see the details. You could put in a feature request to your CSM and could be a feature that comes out in the near future.
