On this page https://zoom.us/user/meeting/transcript#/transcripts there's only the information: No transcriptsYou are not allowing meeting hosts to retain and access meeting transcripts. Where do I allow the host to retain and access transcripts?
Hi,I am looking for a way to remove the persistent "Sign In" card/button in the meeting window (windows desktop app)We sign in to start the meeting in the browser, we are host of the meeting, but the desktop app keeps displaying ‘sign in’ on the top right. This ‘feature’ was added - and it sucks. We have concurrent meeting plus, so we can’t have zoom desktop signed into as many accounts as meetings we run simultaneously.
If you have deployed, or are thinking about deploying Zoom Virtual Agent then it is well worth enabling Quality Management for ZVA if you have a contact centre license. This brings your ZVA agents into scope for quality management & also includes auto scoring! Check out this short demo & think about the possibilities for evolving your virtual agent deployments. We are already using Auto QM ourselves to track how our virtual agents are performing & where customers are interacting with them in ways we weren’t anticipating.
I’m using Zoom Version: 7.1.5 (4332) on xubuntu 22.04. Starting from 7.0.x I noticed issue with entering Cyrillic ‘с’ and find the workaroung by changing enableCefOsrMode to false (enableCefOsrMode=false) in .config/zoomus.conf but after that change - the mouse scrolling doesn’t work anymore. Current version have same issue too.Is any way to have both items working as expected?
All - I did a search before posting this item. It doesn’t seem to have been raised before, so here is an option that I would like to have available. Rather than just muting participants, which sounds really abrupt, I would like the abilty to fade out their audio to silence. It seems much less jarring to me.AI said that I could use Voicemeter or a hardware deck to do so, but it would be great, I think, if that option just existed within Zoom natively. That’s it. Thank you for reading this.
The photo on my profile is different than the one that displays during a call.
If you missed Wednesday's bonus AMA, you missed a good one. No agenda, no slides — just an hour of real questions from real Zoom Events and Webinars Plus users, answered live. Here's what came out of it. HighlightsSimulive vs. Production Studio, settled once and for all. This comes up constantly, so we made Mike answer it properly: if your event repeats often and the content doesn't change much, Simulive is your friend — set it, forget it, let it run. If you want more flexibility (intro/outro/countdown videos, scene switching, playing a clip at exactly the right moment), Production Studio gives you that control. Mike's team runs their weekly YouTube shows entirely on Production Studio scenes for this reason. Want to watch Mike give the quick run down? here you go Certifications just got a lot more flexible. They now work across single, recurring, multi-session, and older/legacy events — previously you'd have had to duplicate a recurring session to add them. You can also manually push o

Is there an API for Suggested Tasks from Zoom
Hello All, We pay for subsription of the zoom meeting. We are based in Sydney, and deciding to share the meeting id to people in the asia. Few times, when the other user in Asia, logged into zoom, being asked to enter one time code. How to turn off this function about entering one time code?Reason is the access to the email for one time code is currently NOT available for the user in Asia. Many thanks in advance for your inputs. Thanks,Cynthia
This is for one-on-one recording of a podcast. I use a Samson Q2U; my guest last week was using a Blue Yeti mic. My internet was from a Fibe Network. My guest is a podcaster as well and records for his office. The quality from his end was muddy, something that does not happen with him when he does his own episodes. Can we review settings at my end to determine whether I have missed something. Can we keep advice simple; not familiar with some of the settings and their meaning? Would sending a sample of the recording help in providing an answer? I have several recordings coming up soon and I want to make sure I get this situation resolved. Thanks,Dave CunninghamThe Kingstonian Podcast
Hi Zoom team, we’re looking to integrate with the Zoom Notes product and wanted to confirm whether there is currently a public REST API available for accessing and managing Notes data.
Since the recent Zoom update to 7.1.0, the button to add custom emoji seems to have been removed from the desktop client. Has it been moved elsewhere, or is it just gone?
For years I was able to easily post notes with links in the chat window to share within my meetings. I am using the same computer, same browser, have the updated ZOOM and am logged in. I have cleared cache/cookies, and tried typing it and cut/paste, but nothing seems to improve it. Now, for the last 6 weeks or so it does not work right. It looks good on my end prior to hitting send, but then poof, its a mess!!When I post, things will post bold that I didn't make bold. Links are partially linked, everything is super wonky. I have tried and tried, and cannot even edit the chat messages to correct. It is very difficult as people depend on me for putting this critical info in the chat. I am simply perplexed at best. Open to ideas or suggestions. Signed sad and challenged in the US/Pacific Northwest
I’ve noticed on my last couple videos that the sound recording doesn’t match the timing of the video. In fact there are visual pauses of me talking but the recording is still speaking. It looks off and of poor quality. This has happened using my desktop and my laptop so I can’t blame it on the computer. Advice and shared experiences to help fix this would be appreciated.
Hi everyone,I'm interested in learning how others manage large Zoom meetings with 50–100 participants, especially when cameras and screen sharing are involved. For those who regularly host webinars, training sessions, online classes, or virtual events:What settings have you found most helpful for maintaining meeting stability? Do you assign multiple co-hosts, and if so, how do you divide responsibilities? Have you noticed any performance differences between using one large meeting versus multiple smaller meetings? Are there any features or best practices that have significantly improved your meeting management experience?I'd appreciate hearing about your real-world experiences and any recommendations you can share. Thanks in advance!
We are using an AI tool, for assistance for some callers, but that is not always enough, so they need to be transferred to a human through our call queues. The problem is when the call and the summary are delivered at the same time, the agent does not have the time to read the summary before the call hits them. We want to be able to set a delay between the AI summary being delivered and the call.Is anyone else doing this and if so, how?
We're calling GET /phone/sms/sessions with session_type=all (documented as a valid value), but some accounts return a 400 Bad Request:Error Code: 400Message: SMS session type is invalid.Questions:Under what account configurations or plan types would session_type=all be considered invalid? Is this returned when the account doesn't have SMS/MMS features licensed or activated? Is there a distinguishing error code so we can handle it gracefully in our integration?
HiThis morning I made two API calls to create Zoom meetings but the meetings weren't created with the specified start time. The start time seems to have been set to the meeting created time.Call 1 was made to the endpoint: https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/i0....................BA/meetingswith the body:{ "agenda": "", "default_password": true, "duration": 30, "start_time": "2026-07-09T07:00:00Z", "timezone": "Europe/London", "topic": "Another test"}And it got this response:{ "uuid": "...............==", "id": 9.............5, "host_id": "i0...............BA", "host_email": "ad..............uk", "topic": "Another test", "start_time": "2026-07-09T09:54:38Z", "duration": 30, "timezone": "Europe/London", "created_at": "2026-07-09T09:54:38Z", ...}Call 2 had the same problem. I haven't seen this behaviour before.Any advice would be appreciated.
I have used Wirecast Virtual Camera as the video for my Zoom meetings for a while now on MACOS Ventura. I am setting up a new MAC Mini Pro running MACOS Sequoia. The camera is working in Wirecast. I start the Wirecast Virtual Camera, but it is not available to select in Zoom. The physical devices show up but not the virtual camera. Suggestions? Is there a privacy setting or permissions I need to grant? Legacy support needed? Any help would be appreciated.
I am using Share → More → PowerPoint as Virtual Background because I want my webcam video to appear inside the PowerPoint slides. However, participants see two instances of my video:My presenter video embedded within the PowerPoint slide. An additional floating/speaker video thumbnail outside the slide (typically in the top-right corner). My goal is for all participants, regardless of device or operating system (Windows, macOS, Android, iPhone, Web) to see only the presenter video embedded in the slides, without the extra floating video. My questions are:Is there any host, account, or admin setting that disables the additional floating video for participants? If not, is this the expected behavior of Zoom's PowerPoint as Virtual Background feature? Has Zoom announced any planned enhancement or workaround for this limitation?I would appreciate confirmation from Zoom staff or anyone who has successfully achieved this.
Working in Canvas to create a spreadsheet that is easily shared where multiple people can work on it at once is extremely helpful. Not being able to export all tables within that spreadsheet is not. Please add an “export all” option for the whole document instead of making us export each sheet individually. At this point it’s more time efficient to continue creating these spreadsheets in Excel where people work on them in turns.

Have been using zoom for years, with no issues. Suddenly ( for approx 1 week), I have no speakers or microphone on zoom. Both are working well on my PC.How can i fix this, please?
I've been having this problem for months, but today I upgraded to version 6.2.3 (Linux, Ubuntu) and it got much worse. I was recording a Zoom meeting and I noticed lag when writing on the whiteboard. I opened `htop` and saw that Zoom was using the CP.===
