I keep muting my presenter when trying to hit "Admit" on waiting attendees

Inside a Zoom Meeting, when you try to admit a waiting attendee and they disappear right before you click, the list shifts up and you end up muting your live presenter instead. 

The single fix needed: Move the Waiting Room out of the main participant list stack. Give it a dedicated panel or tab so a waiting room click can never accidentally hit a main participant's mute button.
