I believe the answer is no—at least, that was the case when I last tested it a few years ago.

As I understand it, Zoom only starts processing and retaining this reporting data once you have a paid account. This means you are unlikely to see reports covering meetings held before you upgraded.

However, if you have upgraded and can now see historical data from before you had a paid account, please let me know—that would be a significant bonus.

If you move to a paid account, I strongly recommend using meeting registration forms. These will give you more information about the people attending your meetings and allow you to ask additional questions, such as:

• Telephone number

• Why they want to attend

• What they hope to learn

• Their organisation or role

You can make each question either mandatory or optional, depending on the information you need.
