How do I give someone access to a recording of a zoom session

I have googled many times trying to figure out how to give someone access to edit a video recording of a zoom session but the instructions never match what I find on my screen.  In simple language with icons that exist on my zoom screen please tell me how to do this,

Note: I have spent 2 hours on this and still cannot figure it out and cannot spend more time on it.

I URGE YOU TO SIMPLIFY SIMPLIFY SIMPLIFY!!!!!!  There should be 1 easy step to take labeled “give access to others” or something like that that is easy to see and do,  Please fix this!
