I was able to change the size of the text in the chat window and subtitles but I don't see a way to increase the size of the transcription text during a Zoom meeting.  Is there a way to do that from within Zoom?

I use Zoom for my broadcasts, but several of my students are reporting that they can't rejoin the broadcast unless I end it and start a new one. I've tested it and I'm sure they're not logged in on other devices.It's probably a problem with Zoom not recognizing when students leave the webinar.Is anyone else facing the same problem?

Good day! I have been online with support for three days and GROK AI and read through Community suggestions. Online support finally said something is wrong with my ACCOUNT. How do I get that issues fixed. I have uploaded pictures to support and have an open case. I have had to use a different meeting platform because I can't SHARE my screen. I have another meeting TUES with 43 people and need to get this working!! Please help! Zoom support hasn't gotten back to me. I don't want to have to spend more money on another platform. Hi there! I have a user that it is not being able to watch the video from her webcam (Logitech C920 Pro HD Webcam). The funny thing is that Google Meet works fine with the same webcam. Even, the Microsoft Camara app (MS Windows 11 Pro version) works just fine. As a workaround, I´ve uninstall the Zoom Workplace program and reinstall it and still can not work the camera (only shows a green screen, while the video it is ON). Even, I connect another web cam (Logitech C525 Portable HD Webcam) and neither of them work in “Zoom Workplace” program (version 7.xx). I will appreciate any help given so I can make it work. Should I look at any particular version of Zoom Workplace to be installed. Thanks for your attention! Horacio S.G. 

I am the administrator for our account. I can no longer find where to enable Polls/Quizzes under Settings > Meeting on the portal. This Help page does not apply to what I see: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064628 . It states the path under “Account”, Step 4, is this: Account Management > Account Settings > Meetings > Meetings (Basic) > Meeting Polls/Quizzes. However, “Meetings (Basic)” and the “Polls/Quizzes” toggle are not there. I see the AI symbol all over the place, but it is no help. Other things on the portal have changed too, and it seems certain areas need updating. I’m trying to save an Excel sheet in My Docs, but when I do, it saves as ‘Sheet 1’ instead of the name I gave it. How can I change the file name so it saves correctly?

if you create a Shared Space and choose one of the default channels you have created (where every member of the organization is in the default channel) to add the members, does the Shared Space get updated each time a new employee is added to the default channel?

THIS IS RELATED TO TRYING TO LOG IN.Under zoom.com and zoom.us I do not see LOG IN anywhere and it's been frustrating to have to keep clicking on anything and everything to finally get to my dashboard! Sheesh. Has (1) anyone else had this issue and (2) why is it so hard to reach someone in customer service to get them to fix it? Anyone know if there's a live chat somewhere to be able to connect with them? Weird thing is a few months ago "Log In" was always there when I went to either of the two main websites that I noted above. Now it's gone.

I have a MacBook Pro and Chrome browser that I am using for a live music recital.  I struggle with knowing exactly how to set up the meeting with the correct audio settings for the Listener/Viewer.  Do I determine the correct audio settings when I create the meeting or when I actually begin the meeting?  I did this before and something wasn’t right but couldn’t determine what exactly was wrong. Grateful for some guidelines.Ed 

After downloading the Zoom Workspace on my Acer laptop, I no longer have the Virtual background, filters and touch up appearance options in the video settings. I have the Zoom Workplace Pro plan.  Any help is appreciated. I have not been able to get any help from Zoom support. Thank you, Sharon  

Hi. For Zoom webinar, we set a 1-week reminder for attendees and panelists. A panelist received the reminder email, but the email did not note that they were a panelist. Also, the Join link/URL in the email is slightly different than the link/URL in the “Invite Panelists” section of the “Invitations” setting.Is there a different setting that needs to be changed so panelists receive the correct email reminder, noting that they are a panelist? Or do we need to let the panelists know that they should ignore the reminder, and that we will send the “panelist” invite manually?Thank you. 

Hi Zoom Support Community,I am writing for help with an issue regarding an AI notetaker named "Alfred" that automatically joins every Zoom meeting I attend. I am using a free personal Zoom account on a Mac with all system and Chrome updates installed. This bot appears whether I use the Zoom desktop application or the web browser. I cannot find "Alfred" listed as an installed app on my laptop or within my Zoom account settings. Currently, the bot can only be removed if I am the meeting host. In meetings where I am a participant and the host is also unable to remove it, the bot remains in the session. I have been unable to find any information online regarding this specific tool or how to disable it. Could you please help me identify why this is happening and provide instructions on how to permanently prevent this bot from joining my meetings? Thank you!!

I have a webinar scheduled with breakout rooms enabled. I would like someone in each breakout room to record locally (I will make the co-hosts), just like you do in a Zoom Meeting. Is this possible? I tested and it let me as the Host, but I hesitate because of the confusion is here on the Zoom page: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057838Local recordings are also not supported in webinar breakout rooms.   

It seems impossible to use an external audio device with Zoom on iOS. All other apps like youtube or spotify use it without any problems.

When listening to a Zoom-meeting with a bluetooth-speaker on iOS (iPhone), audio sounds very low quality like an old telephone.On a desktop it also sounds bad initially, but there is an option to manually choose the internal mic so that high-quality audio is restored to the speaker.Also there’s no option to use a speaker via an audio adapter. It simply doesn’t work.  When will this be fixed? It works badly like this for years. Only iPhones internal speaker sounds good.

Wanting to change my login method, I accidentally removed the permission to log in with a Google Gmail account from my profile. Now I can no longer log in and I can't contact technical support without login. How can I contact technical support without being logged in ?Thank you for your help.

We are changing some roles in our organization, and I will no longer be hosting a series of repeating webinars that I have created templates for. I would like to copy those templates to another user in the same account, who will host the webinars. There doesn't seem to be a way to do this without deleting my account. I don't want to delete my account, as I will still be using it for other meetings. It seems like this is something that we should be able to do.  Is it, if so, how can we do that?   Thank you in advance for any guidance. 

I know this has been mentioned before but I cannot get My Notes to transcribe the meeting.  I get the vtt but not a summary.   It worked one week then not a week later.  All versions are updated, rebooted, reinstalled, tried everything and I can’t get it to work.  was this resolved.  

previously you had to use a meeting to host several breakout sessions.Has that changed at all - can we now use a webinar to host breakout sessions?If we can - do we have to have the event license?Does anyone know if you can purchase that for a month or is it a yearly commitment? 

I had a recurring meeting running and today noticed that all of the previous meetings are "gone" and none of the upcoming meetings are there anymore. No participants exist! And the registration page is gone! What's up zoom? 

Seeing this happen more and more in one of our rooms that utilizes a Poly Studio G62. Anyone else running into this issue/know how to permanently resolve?  

I am coming from Vonage Contact Center where we could easily give each agent a proficiency number with a simple slider in the user admin.  The logic was simple, the highest priority agent received the calls first, if there was a tie then it reverted to longest without a call.  During the Zoom sales pitch we heard the same thing existed.  If it does I sure have not figured out how it works.  All of my agents except two are setup as proficiently level 4, two are set to 1 as they are only needed to take a call when the queue fills.  It seems like engagement distribution is the first step in the process, and that the routing profile using proficiency never kicks in.  Is there another way to do this? Queue settings
