Unable to Join Teams Meeting. Stuck on loading screen.

Seeing this happen more and more in one of our rooms that utilizes a Poly Studio G62. Anyone else running into this issue/know how to permanently resolve?

Hardware-specific issues are common with Direct Guest Join for Teams and Meet.

Please report the bug to both Zoom and Poly - they will each look to place blame on the other party and not address the issue (sometimes for months), but eventually, someone will work to resolve this.

    we’re facing this issue too. Not using the same hardware. Looks like MS changed the way meeting invites are sent (shortened versions) and Zoom has trouble reading the new URL’s to join the meeting. Re occurring meetings (created before the change) with the old link format (hyper link the full link attached) works fine.
