my Notes

Hello - Thanks for reaching out. Can you help me answer a few questions so I can better understand your issue:

1. During a Zoom meeting, when you click on the My notes button (top right of the window), is the “Use meeting transcript” checkbox ticked? 
2. Can you clarify what you mean by having the vtt but not a summary?
3. Can you walk me through where you’re navigating from when looking for your My notes (e.g. are you in the “Docs” or “Hub” tab)? 
4. Are you looking for both My notes and Meeting Summary documents?

for some reason the My Notes button  was not there and there was no meeting summary documents.  After several retries - it is now back so that I can use it.  thanks
