Virtual Background and Touch Up appearance setting are missing in video settings

If the Virtual background, filters, and "Touch up my appearance" options are missing in your Zoom Workplace app on your Acer laptop, please check the following:

1. Make sure your device meets the system requirements for these features. Some older or lower-spec laptops may not support virtual backgrounds or video filters. You can review the requirements here: System requirements for virtual backgrounds.
2. Ensure you are using the latest version of the Zoom Workplace app for Windows. Outdated versions may not display these options.
3. If your device meets the requirements and you have the latest app version, but the options are still missing, try restarting your computer and reinstalling the Zoom app.
    

If you still do not see these features after checking the above, your device may not support them due to hardware limitations.
