Youve already joined this meeting on another device

I use Zoom for my broadcasts, but several of my students are reporting that they can't rejoin the broadcast unless I end it and start a new one. I've tested it and I'm sure they're not logged in on other devices.

It's probably a problem with Zoom not recognizing when students leave the webinar.

Is anyone else facing the same problem?

Hi @Gustavo10,

I’m sorry for the late response. If attendees (your students) are removed from a webinar, they cannot rejoin the same session unless you have enabled the setting to allow removed participants to rejoin. However, if you change this setting while the webinar is already live, it won't take effect until you stop and restart the session. This is a known behavior—so if the setting wasn't enabled before the webinar started, students won't be able to rejoin until you end and restart the broadcast with the correct setting applied.
