Shared Spaces

With regards to your inquiry, yes, if you create a Shared Space and use a default channel (such as the General channel where every member of your organization is included), the Shared Space membership will automatically update whenever a new employee is added to that default channel. The General channel is always synced to the space’s membership, so any changes in the channel’s members will be reflected in the Shared Space.
