I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. When a call comes in or I manke an outgoing call using the Zoom app, the call is automatically connected to my watch. Each time, as soon as the call engages, I have to push the bluetooth button and toggle to handset. This does not happen ever if I am just using my phone in a non-Zoom capacity.I've looked and searched. How can I adjust the bluetooth settings? thanks,
Can you tell me how to connect the Zoom neural network?
Since updating to Mac OS 26.3.1, the chat, video, and participant windows are no longer in the foreground during Keynote presentations. This affects my Mac with M1 and M4 processors. Until a week ago, before the update, everything worked perfectly, just like it had for years. I always present in full screen with two monitors. Any idea to fix this?
Sometimes, I do not have internet service. For instance, if I am on an airplane without wi-fi. However, the Zoom pop up "unable to establish secure connection" constantly appears, interfering with whatever I am doing on the computer. How can I disable this pop up when I have no internet service?
It looks like Zoom has determined that the entire world is incorrect with the definition of "Minimize" and has taken it upon themselves to rewrite the definition, for their own purposes. When you click minimize and you expect it to, um, I don't know....MINIMIZE, it instead gives you a little useless window that has top focus above your other apps. Well, here is my personal opinion: #FAIL It's really just a bad idea. How do I disable this annoying "feature"? Please, for the love of God, just MAKE. IT. GO. AWAY.
I would like to submit a new feature request - I need ability to add tables in chat. also if tables are copied pasted from MS excel, it should render properly
I am the owner and admin and the waiting rooms are on. I still can't toggle the meeting password off. And I feel like if have googled every answer and nothing works

My apologies in advance — we’re in the middle of switching over to Zoom Rooms company‑wide, and I’m still climbing the learning curve.I set up the first office yesterday and the core setup works, but I’m running into one issue: the controller/room doesn’t seem to be allowed into Google Meet calls. The host has to allow the room in, which we don’t want..I’ve read up on interoperability and everything appears to be enabled. I even generated the token in Google… I just have no idea where that token is supposed to go. Has anyone seen this before or have ideas?

Hello everyone,I’m having an issue with Zoom AI Companion.I already have a Zoom Workplace Pro account, and according to the plan details, AI Companion should be included. However, whenever I try to use the feature, Zoom keeps showing a message telling me to upgrade or update my plan in order to access AI Companion. The confusing part is that I already have the required Pro subscription active.Has anyone experienced the same issue or knows what could be causing this?Do I need to enable AI Companion somewhere separately, or are there any additional requirements? Thanks in advance!
We recently hosted an Office Hours conversation around the things we wish we knew before starting with Zoom Events. It was a fun conversation with a ton of great content and feedback from the Zoom Events user community! Wanted to drop the key takeaways here, or feel free to register and watch the session. 1. License Settings Shape Everything — Audit Early and OftenYour license holder's web portal settings directly control event functionality — even when hosting through the events portal. Critical toggles like co-host permissions, screen sharing, Q&A, and recording options must be reviewed before launch. Many teams discover these limitations mid-event, forcing rushed fixes during rehearsals or live sessions. Kelly Carvalho's advice: audit your account settings (meeting, webinar, and recording) at the user level before your first event to ensure your production capabilities match your vision.2. Authentication Is Your Access Control Strategy — Not Just a ToggleAuthentication controls w
Hi everyone,I'm running into an issue with Zoom meeting transcripts and was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing.During my meetings, I use breakout rooms, and participants spend a good amount of time discussing topics there. After the meeting ends, I receive the meeting transcript, but it only includes the conversation from the main room. None of the discussions that happened inside the breakout rooms appear in the transcript.I was expecting the breakout room conversations to be included as well, especially since those discussions are an important part of the meeting.Has anyone found a way to capture or generate transcripts for breakout rooms? Is there a setting I might be missing, or is this simply not supported by Zoom at the moment?I'd really appreciate any clarification or suggestions from anyone who has dealt with this. Thanks in advance!

Many students spend part of their summer vacation taking online classes, skill-building courses, or educational workshops to stay productive and avoid falling behind academically. Some use the break to strengthen subjects they find challenging, while others explore new interests before the school year begins. As the back-to-school season approaches, do you think online learning during vacations helps students transition more smoothly into their academic routines? Have online classes improved your child's confidence, study habits, or readiness for the new school year? I was recently looking at back-to-school resources and student essentials on ReeCoupons and noticed how many families are already preparing for the upcoming term. What has been your experience with online classes during school vacations? Do you recommend them, or do students benefit more from taking a complete break?
Hi,I’m experiencing an intermittent issue with Zoom screen sharing on my MacBook Air M2 (Tahoe)During a meeting, when I click Share Screen, I can initially see all the individual application windows (such as Chrome, Foxit PDF, Finder, etc.) and I’m able to share a specific window without any problem. However, after a few minutes in the same meeting, when I try to share my screen again, those individual application windows suddenly disappear from the Share Screen selection. The only available options are Entire Screen and a few other items (for example, Sticky Notes), while applications like Chrome, Foxit PDF, and Finder are no longer listed. This issue only happens sometimes and is not consistent. Since the window-sharing option works at the beginning of the meeting, I don’t think it’s a Screen Recording permission issue. My setup:MacBook Air M2 Latest version of Zoom (I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom) Using the Zoom desktop app (not the browser version) macOS TahoeThings I
I am running mx linux 23 with zoom 7.1. No problem until I updated to this version. Then I get a line in the middle of the screen every time I open Workspace and I am unable to make it disappear. This is a screenshot trying to access the test meeting. The “Type or paste link “ box DOES NOT disappear.
Sometimes, I use a VPN when I use Zoom. This VPN chooses a server in another country. However, I don't use the VPN at all times. This means that sometimes I use my login credentials while being in my country and other times in another country. Could this make Zoom think I am breaking the license terms of point "1.2 Prohibition on Sharing"? Because I think it may feel like I have connected from different places, with two different IPs. I know people can travel, and you are in the same situation, but sometimes I forget to activate the VPN, and I connect to Zoom just 5 minutes after I realise I didn't activate the VPN. When I activate it, I am suddenly in another country in 5 minutes. I guess Zoom can differentiate one situation from another, but I want to avoid surprises.
Hi, I am running a MacBook Pro on Sonoma 14.6.1I have gone to the Download Centre and downloaded the standard Zoom meetings app which all installed fine. Next, I went to the Launchpad and clicked on the Zoom app, but I get a pop up message reading as follows:-"You can't open the application "zoom.us" because this application is not supported on this Mac". So if it is not supported, why did it download with no error messages !!?? please advise
Hello Zoom Community, We are currently deploying Zoom Workplace 7.1.0 across our Windows 11 enterprise environment and have identified an issue reported by Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management.Microsoft Defender is detecting the bundled OpenSSL libraries within the Zoom installation as vulnerable:libcrypto-3-zm.dll – Version 3.4.4.0 libssl-3-zm.dll – Version 3.4.4.0These files are located under: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin\ As a result, Microsoft Defender is generating an "Update owning apps: vulnerable OpenSSL libraries detected" recommendation and associating these files with multiple OpenSSL CVEs (including CVE-2026-28387 and additional OpenSSL vulnerabilities). This currently affects all of our deployed Zoom clients. Could you please advise:Are these vulnerabilities acknowledged by Zoom for Zoom Workplace 7.1.0? Is Zoom planning to update the bundled OpenSSL libraries to a version that addresses these CVEs (for example, OpenSSL 3.4.5 or later)? Is there

Hello Zoom Support Team,I am a Ukrainian citizen currently displaced and temporarily residing in Poland due to the ongoing war. I use Zoom to organize and host meetings for working online with students from Ukraine. Since my IP address is currently Polish, the automatic 40-minute limit waiver for Ukraine does not apply to my account.Could you please review my situation and consider temporarily removing the 40-minute restriction for my account as an exception?Thank you for your understanding and support!
