Question

cloud recordings

I originally had a paid Zoom account, but after my subscription expired, it reverted to a free account. Now that I've resubscribed to a paid plan, I can’t seem to find my cloud recordings. However, my cloud storage shows that it’s already 95% full. How can I locate my cloud recordings and free up storage space?

@lumineapp - If your subscription expired less than 30 days ago, go into the Trash folder of your recordings to see if the recordings are there.  If so, you should be able to restore them.  If it has been over 30 days, they would be gone, but I expect that they are taking up the 95% of your space.

@lumineapp that is not a helpful answer, for to find the Trash folder of one's Recordings it is necessary to first find the Recordings themselves.  Which Zoom has apparently decided to conceal somewhere, and even your chatbot can't help me find the "Navigation menu" as it terms it, as the first step in locating my Recordings. For some unknown reason(s) Zoom has made it nearly impossible anymore to do the most important and fundamental tasks Zoom offers, and finding those features can only be accomplished by randomly clicking on every single menu item one at a time, seemingly relevant or not, until they show up apparently RANDOMLY, after which so many steps have been taken that it's impossible to reconstruct the paths taken. It's not under the three horizontal bars mystery icon, it's not under my profile image, it's not under Host, it's not under Join, and it's not under Schedule, Can you please guide me to where Recordings are hidden?

I'm never going to get my question answered, am I?

You have made Zoom so randomly complicated it is almost unusable at this point.  And your Support and this Zoom Community are useless.
