Error code 13218

I checked a few sources, and nothing specific comes up. I did chat with a support agent briefly, and he asked what type of authentication or registration was enabled on the webinar. I’ll also try to send you a DM tomorrow to get some other details, once I get your DMs enabled. 

This happened to us for the first time with a zoom event, we had thousands signed up and SO many had this issue it completely ruined a sale night. What the hell even is it. It shouldn’t be so difficulty.

The work around was to make sure you’re not signed in to zoom app, open the link via browser and register there and sign in through browser but it broke through the app.
