Hi Zoom community,DescriptionI’m trying to integrate the Zoom Meeting SDK using the JavaScript client and the provided auth endpoint sample. However, I keep encountering the "Signature is invalid" error. Here’s what I’ve done so far:Cloned the Zoom Meeting SDK Auth Endpoint Sample and set up the server locally.Configured the .env file with my SDK Key and Secret from the Zoom Marketplace.Used the client-side code from the Zoom SDK documentation to initialize and join the meeting.Verified that the meeting number, SDK key, and role are correct.ScenarioI want to join a Zoom meeting that does not require registration (i.e., participants can join directly without registering). I’ve already started a meeting using my Zoom account, but when I try to join the meeting programmatically using the Zoom Meeting SDK, I’m unable to join and encounter issues. Debug CodeDespite this, the error persists. Here’s my client-side code: function getSignature() { fetch
When trying to launch a zoom meeting, I am getting the error "Unable to launch video meeting. When possible, please restart your computer and try again." This started happening within the last week. I am using a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 with Windows 11 and the latest version of zoom. I've tried restarting, uninstalling/reinstalling with clean zoom, downgrading to a previous version, and made sure all the permissions are correct, but the error has persisted. Any advice is welcome.
I’ve set up a Zoom Event with recurring sessions. We’ll have 7 sesssions throughout the year and we want people to ensure that the people we invite tot he first two sessions do not see the next 5. We’re adding sessions as we go throughout the year. If we set up a ticket for the first session, is there a way to hide it form the option to purchase? I know you can expire it but will it still show in the tickets section when people go to register later?
We started using Zoom fax recently. Our team has one feature request- to receive email notifications of fax transmissions (success / failure). I know this information can be found via the Transmission Report, but the request is to receive notifications automatically. Appreciate this request being considered for a future release.
I've unsubscribed from all Zoom Webinars email notifications, but I continue to receive spam emails from them. Unfortunately, Zoom lacks a strong method to report these spammers. Why don't you take measures against spammers or stop sending emails after users unsubscribe?
I have not used zoom in years. I received an invite for a zoom meeting from a perspective client, from their gmail account, no meeting id number. The meeting link takes me to “zoom.dynamikskills.com/ko”. This seems suspicious. Should I be leery?
Hi, Can I get a UK zoom phone number in Pakistan If my business is registered in UK and USA both?
Previously the AI Companion notes were sent automatically after each call but that is no longer happening. I checked my settings to make sure I have the auto setting actia
Participant tab ... gives the option to make a sound when a person enters the waiting room. I would like this to be permanently on, so I don't make people wait because I am looking at another screen. It looks like I have to enable sound on entry every time I start a new meeting. Can this be made a default? Thanks
I joined a meeting using the Zoom phone app. After that, I connected an external microphone using a jack through the Type-C port. However, during the meeting, the sound is still taken from the normal phone microphone. The external mic works with other apps, but Zoom is the only app that does not use it. There is no option in the Zoom phone app settings to select the microphone. Please tell me the correct and most accurate method (updated for 2026) to fix this issue.
This is a more complex issue but I’ll try to organize as much as possible. One of my users moved to a new office a year ago but a couple months ago, they started noticing their video/network freezes in Zoom for 30 seconds ALWAYS during the first 3-5 minutes. This generally happens in one-on-one meetings but not in group meetings. We’ve clean reinstalled Zoom, updated Intel drivers and made sure all Dell drivers are up to date. Device is a Precision 5570 with Intel Wifi 6e AX211 NIC w/relatively good specs. The issue only happens in Zoom and not Teams. It happens both wired and wirelessly in this office even on mobile hotspot within that office. Issue doesn’t happen WFH or any previous offices the user has been in. We’ve tried a different laptop and nearby hotel station both wired/wireless and issue still persists. So far the issue has only happened for this user, no one else in that same office. We don’t have any outbound rules for traffic leaving the office firewall. Any potential id
I hosted a meeting, and it ended due to a timeout. The participants' iPhones also timed out, but even though it should have ended, their Apple Watches were unable to disconnect the old session, leaving the meeting running. I started a new meeting, invited everyone, and when everyone finished, the new session disappeared, but the old session remained. I tried various methods suggested by a search, such as force-quitting, restarting, and uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing worked. I'd like to end the session on my Apple Watch. Do you have any suggestions?
can zoom phone compatible with PocketSuite? need answer
I figured out how to create a call queue and add 2 members. I need to add 4 additional people however I’m not able to. One person has a license but the name is not populated in the list when you click Add. The others are not licensed. Does everyone have to have a license in order to be added to a call queue - I believe I read this somewhere.I’m going in circles and cannot figure it out.
Hi I’ve reviewd the existing threads, but none seem to address my issue. The background currently is a Zoom default virtual background, not one I uploaded. I am unable to turn it off. I’ve alreaduyChecked my Virtual background setting Attempted to select “none” Upgraded my subscriptionNothing is working. What are the next steps.
Since some time, it often happens that audio plays up for me in meetings. The voices of other participants sound like in slow motion. Impossible to decipher what they say. My Zoom app is up to date as is my Mac OS on my MacBook Pro (Tahoe 26.3, M2 chip and 24 GB of RAM). On previous occasions a restart of Zoom has fixed it but not recently. Shutting down other software to a minimum didn’t help either, nor did a complete reboot. What can be the problem?
I use Zoom AI all the time. I was showing a new employee this feature and opened our just completed meeting summary to show it to her. It was complete and detailed. She was impressed. I went back later today to access it and it says "A summary was not generated due to insufficient transcript.". WTW?

Greetings all!I experienced a strange phenomenon while running Production Studio. It happened twice, in separate sessions. I thought it was weird, and just “me”, but now I’ve had a client’s host report experiencing the same thing.I can’t fully reproduce the circumstance, but the full-screen Production Studio window “refreshed” and only showed a few of the elements on screen -- I think it was Preview, Program, and Source boxes, and none of the menu structure was present: No minimize, maximize, or close buttons in the upper right, and much of the periphery around the Preview, Program, and Source windows was missing. Both times I immediately took a screen shot… but in the screen shot the window elements were fully populated!!So far I’m not creating a support ticket, because… well, what is there to report? “It’s weird, stuff was missing, see the screen shot, which doesn’t show anything missing”.I’m hoping if more people are experiencing this can report it here, we might be able to fi
We are using the Debian distribution of Zoom, and until the last update, Zoom remembered to keep us logged in. It also defaulted to connecting by computer audio, and to the external webcam we want to use. Also, it remembered not to join with video. Now, none of those things happen. Every single time we exit Zoom, we have to re-log in, and then we have to re-specify which webcam, tell it to join with computer audio and not to join with video. Every time. Even with the "keep me logged in" box checked and "always join with computer audio" checked. And when I go into Settings and tell it not to mirror my video, and to "turn off my video when joining meetings," all these things Zoom remembered before. Now, none of them are remembered, and I have to repeat the settings every. single. time. I am seeing others with this problem in the community. No one seems to have been given a solution that actually works. If this is a cookie issue, please tell us which websites we should allo
I’m hosting a webinar that is limited to approved participants. I’ve set the webinar to manual approval, uploaded a CSV of approved participants, and unclicked “Send invitation after importing” so they won’t receive any message. I will then include the webinar registration link to that same group in a separate email I’m sending so that if they register for the event, they’re pre-approved. However, I don’t see a way to tell which of the uploaded invitees has manually registered. The entire list is under “Approved” when I look at Manage Attendees, and when I download the CSV of attendees it just lists everyone together as approved registrants, whether or not they’ve manually registered for the event. Is there any way to see who actually clicked through and completed the registration link? Or, once I upload a list, can I only see the entire list of pre-approved participants, whether or not they’ve manually registered?
Windows 10 Pro vers 22H2 Systembuild 19045.6937, Zoom Version 6.7.5 I am working with Brewakout Rooms since three years - normally no problems. Two days ago there were a lot of troubles:The setting was, that everyone is automatically send to a Breakout Room, but most of the participants had to activly click a button that came up and asked if they want to join the Breakout Room, if they didn’t they were sent to the room but wasn’t really there (they were shown as participant of that room but all the other people in the room couldn’t see this person). There was no green point in front of the name, only white with a black circle aroundand after some time they left the Meeting and went for the Waiting room It took very long until everyone was sent to a BR Some people even were thrown out of the Meeting into the Waiting Room Some could easily be sent to one of the rooms again, for other it wasn’t possible but in another room it wasToday I checked again and things were totally different, only
Hello! I really need help from real people. When I record a video call to the cloud, the quality is very poor. But when I record it to my computer, the recording is good. I have the Professional plan. Is there any way to improve cloud recording?
