How do i change every room so that it fits the room

If you’re hoping to make each Zoom Waiting Room look different for different meetings, there’s one important thing to know.
For regular Zoom meetings, waiting room customization is managed at the account or group level. So when you customize the waiting room with a title, image, logo, and description, or video, those settings will generally carry across meetings using that setup. You won’t be able to create a completely different waiting room design for each individual meeting.
You can customize your waiting room by going to the Zoom web portal → Settings → Meeting → In Meeting (Basic) → Customize Waiting Room.
If you need a different waiting room for each individual event, Zoom Webinars offer more flexibility. Individual webinars can have their own waiting room layouts, depending on your account settings and whether the feature has been locked by your admin.
So, if by “every room” you mean each individual Zoom meeting, seeing the same Waiting Room design is expected.
