Zoom Webinar registration export missing fields

We recently hosted a webinar and in the registration form it included Country/Region and Job Titles etc. But when I went to export the registrants and/or attendees from Reports the CSV file only shows First name, last name and email, and is blank for all the other information we should have collected. We have Zoom pro. Does anyone have a solution to getting ALL the data from the registrants AFTER a Zoom Webinar has finished.

If the default csv does not have what you are looking for you could try extracting webinar registrant information using APIs which should include all fields. If you are not a developer there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that can generate and email webinar registration and attendance reports for you.

Having the same issue at our end! No way to export the attendees or registrants with the custom questions and additional information requested at registration.

    Hello!

To export webinar registrants with their custom registration responses:

    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal and go to the Analytics & Reports section.

    2. Under Usage Reports, select Meeting & Webinar Registrations
    3. Select the date and change the drop down to Webinars > click search
    4. Select the webinar title and select generate "All Registrants"
    5. This will automatically download the csv file with the registrant information and custom questions.

Let me know if that works!

I've tried to go under REPORTS and try to download the registration list. However, when I select the date, change the drop down to webinars and even include the webinar ID - click search.. nothing comes out. What is happening?

I'm currently experiencing the same issue. Did you find a fix/workaround?
