You want to schedule it as a recurring meeting instead of a fresh one each time. When you schedule, tick the Recurring box (I usually choose No Fixed Time so it never expires) and that meeting keeps the same ID and invite link for every occurrence. If you'd rather use one fixed ID for everything, there's also the Use Personal Meeting ID option when scheduling. I run our weekly standup off a No Fixed Time recurring meeting and the link just works week after week.

That’s how I’ve been doing our weekly meetings too. A recurring meeting with “No Fixed Time” keeps the same ID and link. It saves you from creating a new meeting every week. The Personal Meeting ID is another good option if you want one fixed ID.
