Zoom clips provide users with 3 options for how to share their clips: Anyone with the link can view: Allow anyone to view the clip without restriction. Anyone at Your Organization: Allow only members within your account to view the clip. Only invited members can access this clip Apparently, after speaking with Zoom support, it's not possible to restrict your Users not to use "anyone with the link can view" as a Zoom Admin. allowing only "Anyone at Your Organization" or "Only invited members" In our company, this feature is necessary as we don't want our recordings to be publicly available with the link for security reasons.What is also sad, is that this sharing option is the default one, and the default option cannot be changed by Zoom Admin.I'm not sure how Zoom wants to compete with the alternatives available on the market, where SSO protection is a basic feature. I created a general survey a while ago under the Survey tab on the Zoom menu. I now want to add this survey to a webinar template, but the only options I have in the webinar settings are to create a new survey from scratch or to add a third-party survey. Am I missing something somewhere, or is there not an option to do this?
My wife uses an Apple tablet to access the internet. On a Zoom meeting that I initiate, she can't share her screen. When she clicks "share screen", Zoom brings up a "broadcast" page and starts recording. How can she share her screen? I've tried all the "solutions" like making her host, enabling screen sharing with all participants etc. I can share my screen (from my Windows 11 laptop), but she cannot share hers. Tried the virtual assistant. It was useless. Any advice greatly appreciated.
Hello! Looking for some help on an issue I've been having with webinars in Zoom since the 5/23/24 release. Zoom version: Version: 5.16.10Apple devices: latest OS'sMy devices have their clocks set to Australian Eastern Standard Time (switching to Australian Eastern Daylight Time for summer) - ie +10 or +11 hours in relation to UTC.Zoom preferences pick up this time setting.I receive Zoom meeting invitations from various sources which display the meeting time in the email.But when recorded in Zoom and my Apple Calendar the times are recorded as UTC - ie 10 or 11 hours later than local time. eg today an invitation for 9:30 on Saturday was recorded for 10:30pm on Friday.It appears that the Zoom invitations lack time zone information for Apple to use in processing the invitation in my devices.Any comments?

I'm new to Zoom, and have recently learned that Zoom's built-in whiteboard won't work with the multi-page PDFs I use while teaching (support has confirmed this limitation). So I try the Miro and Mural integrations, but those don't allow for proper touchpad controls (zooming in/out, specifically), making them too inconvenient for my clients. It's all adding up to a deal-breaker for me. Has anyone out there found ways around these limitations?
Hello, during an online class I could hardly hear one participant. The voice was disappearing. I heard other participants very well and, oddly enough, the others could hear him, but not me. He had his contactless earphones. What should I/ he do next time so I could hear him?

Help! I'm just looking to copy a style from a shape to apply it to another in my whiteboard. Like any copy Formatting from Word, PPT, etc... I have a huge whiteboard with several dozens of shapes already and I just need to change formatting for consistency. Seems it should be simple. Only option from the chatbot was to copy and past another shape... which means also copy pasting all the text in them as well. Anyone have a quick solution?
I've got some whiteboards that are large enough to really push the limits of what the software can handle. Will it make a difference if I split the content up over multiple pages? To illustrate what I'm asking, imagine the following two scenarios:Two large clusters of content are on the same page, but separated far enough that they cannot be viewed at the same time. Or...Each of those two large clusters is put on its own page.Should I expect different performance from those two scenarios? Thanks!
In the Zoom Desktop Client there are options for Settings --> General --> Zoom Rooms -> "Only show when a nearby Zoom Room is detect" and "User Zooms auto-detection" Currently there is no plist option key to enable those features on all end points https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064957, leaving it up to the users to turn it on Any plist option to turn those on and guidance of security permission changes needed to the config profile as well would be appreciated
Our small church has a paid Zoom account (one license). We were hoping to take a vote during an upcoming meeting, but from understand from my research, we cannot do this unless we buy another license for Zoom Room to use.Is this correct??

I just signed up for scheduler, need to get sms or email notification when someone creates meeting, so I don't have to keep checking zoom calendar, how to do that? Tried setting notifications to you everywhere but no email or sms works for creating meeting. Email is sent to attendee when creating meeting but not to host, email is sent to both when meeting cancelled.

Hi there! I have a Zoom Meeting Room already that I use for tutoring sessions. I use my PC or laptop for holding these session.I am "venturing out" and attempting to hold one of my meetings from my iphone. Would someone be willing to give me the steps to accomplish this? Initially what I would like to do is to be able to see what it will look like for my students that attend. A trial run of sorts. If I am on my phone hosting, can I join my own meeting from either my PC or my laptop? Of course, I would not be the Zoom Meeting it if I were attending from another device....I really just want to see what the environment looks like. Thanks!

Does anyone know why the Zoom share link has changed in the Android app and where the settings are to amend it?
