Hello, Does anyone know where the virtual background with the palm tree, beach and wind blowing that comes with Zoom is located? It looks like the Caribbean, but I'm curious about the specific location. Or was this something designed on a computer? Thanks!Sarah

When looking in the setting in the web portal, "Non-verbal feedback" is missing. I've disabled reactions, and when doing so it says it will affect the non-verbal feedback setting, but it still doesn't disable non-verbal feedback. Disabling reactions disables all the emoji reactions, but it still doesn't get rid of the yes/no/slow down/speed up reactions. Apparently that's controlled by the non-verbal feedback setting, but I can't find it. When looking at the source code for the settings page, I find a block of JSON with all the settings, and it has this:{"featureId":"nonverbalfeedback","value":true, ... showing that non-verbal feedback is enabled, even though reactions are disabled and locked at the account level:{"featureId":"meetingReactions","value":false,"overrides":false,"locked":{"value":true,"level":"account", ...

Hi! I'm experiencing a recurring issue with my Zoom recordings, despite having a paid account.All of my meetings are scheduled through Calendly, using the Zoom integration. The meetings often last more than 60 minutes, but the recording consistently stops at the 60-minute mark, even though the meeting continues.Worse, the recordings are not saved anywhere — they don't appear in my cloud recordings nor in local folders.Here's what I've already checked:I have sufficient cloud storage available.Automatic recording is enabled.I am the host of the meetings.I've tested increasing the Calendly event duration, but the issue persists.Could you please help me understand:Why is the recording stopping at exactly 60

I need to input two sound streams to Zoom.   I am using a 4 channel mixer to input a microphone and output from a morse code oscillator. The two streams are mixed as expected and in the Mac audio settings both audio streams work as expected However, in Zoom,  only the microphone is detected.  The tone channel isn't heard.   Exactly the same settings on another Mac work as expected. I have selected the "Original sound for musicians" profilePeter

I installed Zoom for Lightning App in Salesforce. Object is 'Zoom Webinar' Lightning Page, 'Passcode' Field equals 0sBRzP7DkqUlUtikpBK0BR84V0BkWK0HEvL5tgaw3s4= There is a "Zoom Webinar Passcode Edit" Button, returns UI with decoded passcode, (i.e., above equals 347786). Where can I access the encrypted key to decode the passcode for ZVC__Zoom_Webinar__c Object ZVC__Passcode__c text field?    

Recently, the Zoom logo has appeared on the bottom right of my recordings, as a white lettered overlay. It wasn't there before. I am now using a room for meetings, often, so is that it - although I'm not sure that it happened at the same time. How can I stop this from happening. I like a nice clear video recording I can use for other things. Also, I am now recording the Zoom meeting in Fathom AI. Could that be the reason too. Thanks - Nigel

I just updated to macOS 15 sequoia. My app has been unable to login. It was giving me an error early on, but I did not make note of it. I updated zoom to 6.2.0 (by downloading it from the website), and I was still having issues. First I tried to change my login to use a password and not just click the google button. That seemed to work at first, but I could not join meetings and it claimed I was offline. I downgraded to 6.1.11, and found it worked once, but I could not join a meeting. I tried talking to the chatbot which was hit or miss. It suggested I look at my logs and send them to support, but I don't think I have access to support's email (and I don't see an error in the logs). The other options seems to be to create a support ticket, but I do not see a clear way of doing so.  The error I'm currently getting is "You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again." I currently have about 400Mbps up and

Since I updated the Zoom today I cant use the Advanced sharing option Slides as background. There is a triangle with exclamation mark with text " You can now share slides as background with presenter layouts." Did you disabled this option? What can I do to access it again? Daniel Paulus 

Hello,I use Zoom – among other things – for student office hours: the meeting should remain open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., so that students can join freely during that time.The issue is that if I start the meeting and remain the only participant for about 40 minutes, Zoom automatically ends the meeting; as a result, students who try to join later cannot find me, and I am forced to restart the session manually.This is a serious operational problem for me.Questions:Is there a setting to disable the timeout when only one participant is in the meeting?Is this a platform or license limitation? In the documentation, I read that with a Licensed account a meeting can last up to 30 hours, but if there is only one participant it may end after 40 minutes. As of a few days maybe a week ago the meeting reactions have been removed form the meeting hart icon. When in host settings Meeting > In Meeting (Basic) > Meeting reactions = Toggle offWe loose the ability to have the Yes, No, Slow down, Speed up, I'm away, Be right back. Instead we have only the Raised Hand option.When toggling it on we get all the Emojis, more specifically the Animated ones. This Animated ones are a huge distraction in meetings thus why we have it disabled. However, we do need  yes and no for voting. Why has this been changed? Host are set to use, (at the time of this post) 6.5.11 (13227).

Hello. I renewed my subscription, but I can't see my recordings in the cloud. How can I access them?

I'm not sure which location to post this question.Zoom has a noise reduction feature on its live feed but is doesn't seem to have the same capability when using Zoom's video playback feature. Does anyone know if there is a way to reduce this background noise?ThanksBob

I am on an old MacBook Air with OS High Sierra 10.13. A couple of weeks ago I started having problems joining meetings. I can host with no issues but I can't access invites sent to me. The only way it works is if I log on using a newer device then switch to the old MacBook on the App. Any insights, suggestions would be welcome. Thanks

Is there a way to record the zoom breakout rooms?  

Hi, In a school setting how does one set the emergency address?  We have set this address as our Main Building but is it possible to be more precise?  For physical desk phones I suppose you can change it in the settings for each phone, but the problem I'm running into is the emergency location is mapped to an extension and many of our employees use the soft phone.  So narrowing down their exact location becomes more difficult.  I'm wondering what others have done or if you have any suggestions?

I have waisted so much time trying to look at the settings, but something happened - an update to zoom and when I recorded a class, it would always record to my desktop to a zoom folder, and or I had the option. Now, there is no option, I have messed around with the settings and they seem to be set for download to desktop.  I also do not like the cloud recordings downloading because it saves 6 recording settings download and it taking too much time to download them all and open up to see which one I want.  I think the latest version has a bug.  Is anyone else experiencing this?I am also experiencing when I share my screen it is working fine, but I lose my screen with everyones faces, it is almost like me wanting to split screens - the shared screen on a different screen, I miss the old way, and I can't turn my video off when I am recording something, so my face is in them all of the time now, and I don't want that.  Any help is appreciated.

I have just invested the $5 per month to my account to add translated captions functionality as I'm about to start working with a German client. however, on testing, the german translation is not working ... Japanese, Malaysian and Hebrew all are ok, but German just brings up english text, Is this a known issue?Thanks for any help and advice on this!

Well I guess we are no longer economically interesting for Zoom.... They just don't care about us, Mac users. We may mostly be independent workers : I suppose Zoom prefers getting  big firms subscriptions. So we pay... but I guess integrating Ical cost them too much.  Disappointing. And NO and I don't want to ad another calendar. because... an app is supposed to make our life easier. not forcing us to add complexity. 

I forgot to click the ”Include email address in attendee report“ in the zoom webinar setup. But I'm in need of the email address for the internal records.Is there any way to get the attendees' addresses of a finished zoom webinar?
