Only Audio Recorded and Not Video???

Hi - Was there something I was supposed to have done? I have recorded the lessons I teach on Zoom many times, and the last two times, only the audio file is visible, not the mp4?? Any help? I will attach a screenshot of the Zoom files that got saved....

Recording to Computer didn't work?

Hi - Thanks for any help. 1) Twice this week, recordings I marked "Save to Computer" were not saved. This has never happened before. I don't think I did anything differently. Any ideas?2) Of course, I sought Tech Support and none exists for my Pro ac...
