I need to answer SMS messages I receive. I am the only one on the account thus the Administrator. How the heck do I respond to texts?When I try it responds 'Message could not be sent'.
I use my computer sound when I talk on the phone. That sound works on zoom calls. When that happens using just the phone I don't get properly heard. I have tried raising the volume and setting up the sound to adjust itself. Neither way works. Help!
How do I manage the customer names on incoming calls?I need to know how to manage customer names that come through the phone system. There is nothing in the phone system that tells me.
