I'm just chiming in that I would also like a way for members of my Zoom instance to be able to disable downloads by default. As an admin I can disable recording downloads site-wide, but that's applying a sledge-hammer to the problem.

@Rebeccaevents11edit the webinar settings and be sure to set video for panelists to ON.I set video to on for hosts as well to be sure alternate hosts can turn on their video.
