Some requests for Visitor Management Platform

1. Options for guests to check out on the Kiosk and not just Reception & Guest Services manually checking them out.
2. More options for check in flow. Right now we are limited to 1 flow which is timely with some visitors and requires them to answer questions that shouldn’t pertain to them such as LO and ECP appointments. It asks them for their organization and they don’t know what to put and while we tell them to enter “student”  there may be instances someone is not at the front desk as they check in to assist them.

• Ideally the best solution would be for when they are checking in to indicate what kind of visitor they are and have the flow go from there
• Bigger/Better font and customization for badges.
• Bigger font on iPad application.

Manually checking out users is a problem! I agree be good if guest could do it on the way out

i hate the check out, i decided to move our visitor management back to Envoy after setting up zooms.

the badge prints look like un professional.

check out sucks users have to go to their email and check out using a pin or qr code. need a one tap check out.

also when a user manually checks in that photo should be email aswell to the person thats their to see them.
