the upload of file could not be shown in the edting tool of whiteboard for the meeting participant

The witheborad will be used for interactive discussion with the meeting participant

s host i have more options in the editing tool than other. 

some of functions could not be displayed in the edting tool of whiteborad for the meeting participant
e.g. upload of file is not possible by the meeting participant, how to resolve the problem

Hi @pinpc , Do you know if the user was signed in? If they sign into zoom when they join the meeting they should be able to upload content to a whiteboard.
