Whiteboard resizing when shared

Hi all, this is my first post on here and hoping you experts in the room can help.

I'm setting up Whiteboards in advance for facilitation during meetings.  When I share it, the images resize and move and it doesn't stay how I set it up so have to spend time moving it.  

Is there anyway to avoid this happening?

Hello! I have the same problem - the annotating whiteboard is jumping and resizing while it is opened adn while changing between the annotating tools (after the last update). Please, give us some solution.
(Dell Latitude 7490 with Windows 11 Pro)
