I'm using the new Zoom whiteboard on an iPad - I don't see a pointer anymore to point to items on the screen? Does anyone know if this is still possible? It was a very useful feature of the old whiteboard.

Hi @Flowerscat what do you mean by pointer, is it the feature "Laser"?

Yes, but this new 'pointer' or 'laser' doesn't behave like the old one. The old one was a dot on the screen (like a traditional laster pointer) that one could move around the screen to highlight different objects. You can't do that with this new 'pointer' - you have to draw around or next to the items you are trying to highlight to viewers.

Oh. I got it.
We don't have to draw around the shape. When mouse move on the canvas , other users can see my laser point. ( I mean that no mouse down required. just mouse move)
So the new Laser point feature is more powerful. Enjoy it :_)
