Hi
I've got several Zoom whiteboards saved and I would now like to copy some content from one board to another. (I'm paying extra to be able to be able to save and edit multiple whiteboards.)
Can I do this without importing and exporting, for example by using the copy Ctrl+C and Paste Ctrl + V commands? I don't seem to be able to do this?
Thanks

HI @Ciaran1234 , Thanks for your detailed description. Your steps are totally correct! Nothing to do on your side. It could be a bug of whiteboard clipboard module. We will try to reproduce this issue and keep you updated if we have any results.
We also have an advice: Try to open whiteboard in browser(eg: Chrome/firefox), you can open multiple whiteboards at the same time. And then copy content between boards.

Hi BakerHe,
Thanks again for the quick response!
I'm happy to say that by following your advice to open whiteboards in multiple tabs in the browser I can copy and paste elements from one whiteboard to another. 😊
If there's an update it would be good to know about it, but in the meantime I'm relieved to be able to copy between boards.
Many thanks,
Ciaran 🙏

HI @Ciaran1234 , Yes we can.
On windows : Ctrl+c and Ctrl +v
On mac : Cmd+c and Cmd+v
If you can't do it, please confirm you have edit access to both whiteboards.

Hi BakerHe,
Many thanks for the quick response!
As far as I know I DO have edit permissions on both Whiteboards, given that I'm the owner and creator of each one. Also I can add elements to each board... the problem is that I can only copy and paste withing the same board and not from one board to another.
What I'm doing is:
- Select an element or group of elements on board 1.
- Copy the selection (either with ctrl + or by using the menu as you did in your example
- Go to the top left menu to select the dashboard and open board 2. (I can't see if this is how you are moving from one board to another - perhaps my procedure is incorrect?
- On board 2 try ctrl + v or right-click then paste.
- Nothing seems to happen at step 4 , no paste seems to occur... 🤔
By the way, today I updated my Windows to the latest version (I tend to always keep everything updated), and updated my Zoom to the latest (Version 6.2.7 (49583).
Any suggestions gratefully received!
Thanks again
Ciaran

Hi! I seem to have the same problem but on my Ipad. I use Magic Keyboard, so I wanted to copy and paste a frame from one board onto another, and I didn’t really succeed in it. I used the usual command+c and command+v, but it just won’t copy anything even within one board. I had to rush home to do this on my laptop instead of staying at a cafe drinking coffee. Could it be something on my side or is this feature not yet available on Ipads?
