Companion whiteboard not generating QR code for saving whiteboard

I recently had a replacement DTEN companion whiteboard installed and it had to be updated to the latest version of Zoom Room software to work with the existing ZR. When closing the whiteboard, there is a prompt to save by QR code or email, but the QR code is not generating or displaying. Any ideas?
