Download chats from a webinar

Hello,

We held a webinar and I would like to download all the chats, but can't seem to find a way to do so.

Is there a way to download all chats from a webinar?

Unless they were saved during the live session, there is no way to recover chat messages after the meeting or webinar ends.

Hi @tonyreidsma 

If you cloud-recorded the Webinar, and if you had "Save chat" enabled in your Cloud recording settings, the chat will be available as part of your cloud recording at https://zoom.us/recording

You can check what your cloud recording are at https://zoom.us/profile/setting?tab=recording

I actually have save chat selected, but where do I find them?

Click the webinar/meeting. Then click download. It will download the chat and the whole video but in separate files.

Does the webinar have to be past the end time for this to be logged? I also have the same settings as Tony but I do not have a TXT file.
